Remarks

On the whole, it was a good a experience for me. I learned a lot from the college - team work, to be patient, to handle situations when everything is going against you, to do multitasking at the same time, make a lot of friends.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was very informative. We learned about the corporate sector in detail. Being from a non-finance background, I never faced any issue in understanding the curriculum, it was pretty helpful.

College Events

Campus life was pretty good and the social life was electric. Events organised were good and students from different cultural background get a chance to present their talent. Events calendar were always full of our college. Holi, Diwali, republic day were major area of attraction.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was a mere 35k which was very much budget friendly and selected students even had a chance of availing different scholarship options. I was very glad to be a part of my college and how it changed my life course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Anna University awards students for their continuous excellence in the Academics. In addition to that SBCEC also offers scholarships to selected students. One such scholarship which my friend availed was TNET Scholarship . The North South Foundation Scholarship was another one.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is awesome. Many of the pass-outs of our college are placed in different organisation at varying capacity. They would visit the the college in order to boost the confidence level of the students. These alumni were pretty insanely cool. I interacted with them and sought career guidance from them.

Admission

I gave the TANCET entrance exam organized by Anna University, which was very tough. But I was fortunate enough to get into the college. After my name appeared in the first merit list, I appeared for the counseling session.

I like MBA curriculum because it helps me develo0p management knowledge ,communication skills ,teamwork and decision -making abilities,The operations management subjects are relevant to my career goals .
The college provides opportunities to participate in classroom discissions ,presentations ,and academic activities .

Dislikes

More pratical exposure throught industry visits ,interactions ,internships and live projucts would help students connect classrooms learning with real industry requirements .
The college could orovide more structural placement guidance .

The placement percentage should be confirmed with the college placement department. iI belive that internship pratical exposure , industry connections and interview preparations are importent for improving employability .After cpmpleting my MBA, I plan to developement my management career .

the faculty members are supportive and the mba curriculum helps improve management knowledge communication skills and overall personality development campus life provides good opportunities to interact with classmates and participate in activities.
the college provides a decent learning environment and satisfactory infrastructure the course is useful for professional growth and the placement support helps students prepare for interviews and career opportunities.

the college provides placement opportunities for mba stidents and placement preparation helps improve communication aptitude and intherviews skills students generally become eligible for campus requirements. the companies visiting number of offers and salary packages may vary each year. my expected annual package is aroung 5 lpa. the average and highest packages and the percentage of students placed depend on the placement records of each batch. more company visit and internship opportunities would improve placements further after completing my mba i plan to start my carrer in a management related role gain industry experience and develop my professional skills for future growth.

Likes

Faculty are supportive and knowledgeable, with practical teaching methods. The MBA curriculum is useful and help students develop professional skills.
Campus life is friendly and engaging, with decent infrastructure, classrooms and facilities. More industry visits and practical exposure could improve it.
Placement support is helpful, with opportunities across different sectors. Overall, GSBM offer a good MBA experience with a balanced learning environment.

Placements at GSBM are decent ,with student generally becoming eligible from the last semesters . Companies from sales ,marketing, finance ,HR and business devolpment sectors visit the campus .Placement opportunity and packages vary by company and student performance ,with average packages being reasonable for MBA freshers .A good percentage of students recevie placements opportunity, while stuends can also explore of -campus options .After completing my MBA ,plan to start my career in a management_related role and build my proffessional experience.

The placement opportunities for my program are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the third semester preparation and internship opportunities started yearly. The placemet cell various activity such as apptitude test, resume building session, group discussion, mock interview, prepare placemnt training to help students prepare for the requriements. The placement cell offers reasonable support throughout recruitment process.
