Overall the college is a very fine. The college infrastructure is good and makes it eligible to apply for a deemed university. The college is affiliated to University with outdated course, which makes it the only con of the college. all the departments of our college are accredited with NBA A grade but trying for the A+ grade which may be more good if accomplished. the teaching as well as the non teaching staff is much good and are focused and dedicated towards their work.

The course structure is not good at all. There are many flaws is the basic structure of course. The course is rarely updated which makes the structure outdated. There is no focus on research. There are no frequent exams.

The college has a great placement record. Most of the students are placed within the college. Top companies from each field are invited for placements and the students take a good benefit of it. In the field of IT services the top companies that visit are Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Capgemini, Tech Mahindra. Other companies like Justdial, Byjus, ATMECS Technologies, Lido Learning and many local companies are also invited which make placement easy.

There is an annual Technical as well as cultural fest held known as Samvid. The festival is much big and among top fest in Central India. The total participation in the fest is 15000+ students which is 4 times the total strength of college students including all other courses in the college.

The fee structure is not feasible with the standard of education provided. The fee per semester is about 37000 which is a bit high and increase year by year. Other colleges affiliated to same University have a lower fee. The infrastructure is big but is divided into different courses and different departments. All the infrastructure is not accessible to students of any particular course.

There is no such facility of specific scholarship scheme. But the college has partnered with govt of state and many others organisation which provides scholarship to students. The government schemes that provides scholarship are Minority scholarship and post metric scholarship. Other schemes are not annual schemes but based on the merit. I have availed Post metric scholarship from the government. The amount provided is very helpful for students to pay college fee or to pay monthly expenses. Thousands of students have been benefitted from the government schemes

Gender ratio depends upon the department. Students election has been banned in university. Culture is highly respected and no restriction has been applied on cultural activities within college premises. Tolerance level is beyond the average tolerance level of an Indian. There is no issue between students with regards to any of the student of any gender. Students as well as facilities of all ethnicities, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status are given the same respect. These qualities make the environment friendly and good

There are separate hostels for fresh students of first year and a separate for senior students. The hostel of juniors is well maintained and restrictions are applied to the students for disciplinary purposes. The rooms are shared between 3 or 4 students. The facility provided is overall good. If hostel seats are filled students may opt to stay as Paying Guest. The general rentals are 2000rs per month and extra for food.

The alumni network is maintained and is within the control of the alumni themselves. The college has records of all contacts but it does not interfere in any of alumni activity. In fact alumni meets are held to increase the network and community. The alumni of the college has special experience and memories related to college which help us to stay motivated and enthusiastic

The admission process is conducted by the Chhattisgarh Directorate of Technical Education. The entrance exam is conducted known as the Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test of CGPET for the students belonging to Chhattisgarh. After the entrance exams the general counselling is held. There are separate counselling for students of the state and students of others states. The admission process begins with a 3 round counselling conducted over a gap of a week between each round. The students are required to verify their Joint Entrance Exam (JEE MAINS) score for the counselling process. After filling the form of any of the rounds of counselling students are required to verify their Documents. The allotment of college seats to students is done on the basis of their overall rank in JEE Mains. After the allotment the students need to enroll in the college for the allotment department before the next round of counselling. Similar process is conducted for students of state but the ranks of CGPET is considered for allotment of seats.

The faculty of our college are well qualified. More than 90% faculties are postgraduate and 60%+ of them have doctorate degree in related subjects. The faculties are much interested to teach the course and provide the students the best of their knowledge But below par standard course structure has downgraded the students' as well as faculty's knowledge
