Remarks

The Management staff is very amicable and supportive. The college also has a medical room with a nurse to assist and support students if facing any medical issues.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum is based on experiential learning model where students are assessed through quiz, assignments, midterm and end-term. The college also encourages its students to write some research papers along with a faculty based on his or her specialisation. The students are well trained on how to write a research paper by conducting extensive workshops. The subjects taught are extensively industry-specific taught by extremely professional faculty.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements are good and the college placement cell works day and night to get every student find his or her dream company. Various companies like nestle, Asian paints, IDFC bank, federal bank, Adani etc. Visited the campus for placements. Companies come for every domain and the package offered to a fresher is quite decent starting from 7 lakhs.

College Events

5

UBS also believes in overall development of the student by motivating it to participate in various events organised by different clubs in college. The college has various clubs like UBS Innovation Club, Marketing Club, Finance Club, operations and hr club, CSR club etc. The UBS Innovation Club focuses on innovative developments and changes in the college. It organises various events like Directors Cut, Rush 4Rush (College Annual fest), Speaker of the year etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, it is quite feasible. It depends upon the course you choose. The college has a partnership with various foreign institutions like Cardiff Metropolitan UK, University of Economics, Varna, Bulgaria and Swiss School of Management, France. The AICTCE approved PGDM approximately cost around 12 Lakhs, while other programs cost between 15 to 25 lakhs based on the foreign institution's fees. The college also helps in providing financial aid through scholarships to those students who are not able for affordable fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees are partially funded through personal funding and education loan. The college has tie-up with many banks like SBI, Central Bank for India, Capital First etc for providing loan to students. The college also offers IDFC scholarships to students who cannot afford fees based on merit. The college also gives discounts in their fees to female candidates to promote gender diversity.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is fabulous with every amenities provided to students so that they do not feel homesick. The college has sports room, gymnasium, basketball court for sport addicts and also have a piano installed for music lovers. There is no ragging and seniors are very friendly to guide their juniors.

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostels are good with double and single occupancy rooms. The rooms are well furnished with attached bathrooms. Every hostel has got a living room with kitchen and water filters available. The college has an excellent laundry facility and the food provided in the mess is also tastes very good.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are extremely helpful and there is no discrimination done on the basis of religion and ethnicity. The seniors are always there to help and guide the students.

Admission

Situated in the lap of mother nature surrounded by green valleys and mountains, studying in UBS is total bliss. I choose to study in UBS because of the world-class facility provided in terms of infrastructure and faculty development. The curriculum followed in UBS is fully based on experiential learning, where students are encouraged to try new things through experimentation and practical learning along with theoretical knowledge. Apart from academics, the college also helps to develop its students to ethically responsible for environmental and social issues by exposing its students through extensive CSR activities. Learning is absolute fun at UBS.

Faculty

5

The main USP of this college is its faculty having wide experience in the field of management. The faculty are very friendly and are always there for students to clarify their doubts. They are very much approachable and stay on the campus during weekdays.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
