Remarks

Good location is not that good our college is situated In a town of ghaziabad. College doesn't have good faculty for some subjects. College have a bad criteria for attendance of 75% for third year student which is not justified. Overall teachers are hardw

Entrance Preview

I cleared the uttar Pradesh state entrance exam for getting admission in above mention college. I had got 8226 rank in this entrance exam. I basically want to do btech so I chose btech over other option.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course structure is perfect and teachers focous on the practical knowledge of the students. All the teachers are atleast Mtech qualified.

Internships Opportunities

Till now I didn't go for internship in any company.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement of CS and IT stream is near about 100%. Placement of other branches is also good. Recently TCS Visit college and recruited 166 people.

College Events

Technical fest will be held on 4th Nov this year. In this technical fest projects made by the students will explain to the visitors. Overall it brings a season of knowledge in the college. Cultural fest of kiet is famous by its name epoque usually it is organised in the month of march. It is organised for two days. A celebrity visit the college on the second day of epoque.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes scholarship is provided by state government every year. For minority students central government also provide some schlorship.i did get some schlorship last year.

Campus Life

4.5

Gender ratio is about 60:40. Infact 60:40 is a good ratio in my opinion. Debates are organised at department level sometimes I do happen at CLG level also. Every year sports fest is organised in the month of October. There is no partiality on the basis of religion.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good with different hostels for different years. Recently a new hostel is built for first year. The hostel fee is near about eighty thousand. Mess food is average. Hostel is alloted on the basis of our performance and behaviour in the previous

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Initially I felt trapped in the hostel as there were senior all over. I think even not me everyone fell the same initially.but gradually it had fun with the seniors. Seniors help us in the study, projects. Seniors were like our guiders today I am a super senior I do fell good by helping my juniors.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Inside Out of KIET

My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Direct Admission happens on the basis of 12th result for CSE you need near around 90 percentage...Read More

In comparision of other colllege fee structure is very favourable and afforable like in other private college like Amity , galgotia ,gl bajaj etc KIET offers various oppournity for students in each in every fields thy want to make their carrier. Admission process majorly through jee main rank and percentile through AKTU counselling but 15% seat they fill by direct admission on merit based list. I choose KIET because it has strong academic strong and average package is better than other colleges , even this off campus highest package since last year is 60lpa no other college offer such kinds of various opportunities . They offer even latest tech fields like Devops, blockchain , Full stack and many more exicting fields . I have no regret for take in admission in KIET group of institutions ....Read More
