Remarks
A positive remark about the college is that its a small college so everyone in the college knows almost everyone no matter which year of college they are from. A negative remark is that there is not much high-tech facilities like other private Colleges as the college is a Government college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Enough focus on all the courses and subjects. There are internal exams to asess the students during every month and a final semester exam to understand how much was understood in the whole of the semester.
Placement Experience
In the final year a number of different companies come to the college to conduct interviews to pick out the best of the students. For over a few years we have had many good placement offers to our students.
College Events
We have a TechFest called Excel which is conducted every year lead by the final year students and we also have an Arts and Sports Fest every year in which the students exhibit their talents. Our TechFest is India's 2nd largest technomanagerial fest. Students and professionals from various parts of the state attends our TechFest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For students in the merit list the annual tution fees is Rs35000 and for Management seat students the annual tution fees is Rs 65000 per annum. Also we have tech fest and arts fest expenses which are shared by the students as both the fests are conducted and organised totally by the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Many different scholarships are given by the government for students of the college. Students are also selected based on the sports quota. Fees of students who have a reservation are waived and are given scholarships.
Campus Life
We have different extracurricular activities along with the sports fest and annual ktu sports meet in which the students from our college compete with other colleges. Also inter year matches are conducted between the students of each year of the courses.
Alumni/Alumna
Most part of the companies that come to recruit students are because of the alumni members who redirect the companies to our college. Our senior students are present in various companies in various positions. Also the placement cell of our college is controlled by the passed out students or the alumni of the college.
Admission
The admission process was very simple. After the ranklist got published I got a seat in the college. On the firt day we had an orientation class for the fresher students and after that the admission fees was collected and the a few instructions were give to both parents and students.
Faculty
The faculty of the college are skilled professors. For each subject we have teachers who have a PhD and we also have practical labs to assess what was taught. Assignment are given after each module of the subject is completed.
