Remarks
Good for your career but bad for a student who is expecting a fun life.
Course Curriculum Overview
Yes, there were industrial visits organized by the college. They always provided the teaching in more practical ways, which helps us to find a way in implementing it in real-life applications. They make it easier to get jobs as they give you the best industrial applications while studying and how to implement them.
Placement Experience
Almost all companies come to this college for placement jobs. The in-campus placement percentage is about 96 % almost all year. As the ranking of college stands high the companies would love to come to this college right after government colleges. The college also has a special collaboration with the foreign country companies and tie-ups with them promising to give a higher quality of education for those who are in real need of it. They could also send you free of cost for your education in those foreign universities if you secure high marks in the exams.
College Events
There are many celebrations in the college. And apart from that, there are many off-campus party arrangements that are hosted by the seniors. The college is best when it comes to the cultural activities celebration. The Onam celebrations are the best infact. Apart from that, we have a tech-fest, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for a year is about 90000. And I think it is very feasible as the rates are almost common for the other colleges compared. The mode of payment can be your choice. It can be through online or offline moods through banks(especially through SOUTH INDIAN BANK ).
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I haven't got or applied for any scholarships in the college. But even if they have to then the college will give you full confidence in getting it. I think the average sum needed for it is above 80 % a year.
Campus Life
This is a college which provides you with the best facilities like what the professionals would get in the case of sports. We have our own cricket ground well maintained by the all Kerala cricket association and have won the prizes in all the fields of sports in KTU university. There are many clubs and the gender ratio is almost equal here.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I am in a hostel and the facilities are the best in the class. The rooms are like the hotel rooms provided when we go for a vacation. The case in which the first years wouldn't get the room in a hostel is very less. As the first preference is for them.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are always like your own classmates. They would always involve you in all the activities of the college and be always helpful to you. There is no senior Junior separation in this college.
Admission
I had got admission to this college on the basis of keam rank. This is the all Kerala entrance examination. My rank was 28000. The time of admission was about June. There are other ways to get admission as by management seats and NRI seats etc. I took this college due to its best rankings in Kerala.
Faculty
The faculty are the best when compared to the other colleges near or in Kerala. They are all highly trained and will take classes with the most clarity and passion. The online lectures are also hosted extra for students to learn more on the topics if needed and the revisions held by the college helps to improve and be ready for the University exam.
