University with the best exposure

Overall the University has a good and safe environment. The university provides each and every opportunity to the students.

The exam structure of the university in semester system and course curriculum changes according to the requirement. They also provide the subjects which are important or essential for placements. University provides regular internships and industrial visits to the students which makes the learning easy and better.

The university provides pretty good placements for other courses but in case of forensic science, there is no direct placement in forensic lab. It provides placements in other fields. University needs to improve the placements for the students of forensic science.

College celebrates so many events in the university. college fest, tech fest, youth fest. University has Tashan nights every month for the students. Many more event are organised by university for students. Every department organizes its events every month for the students.

50000+1500 (Tuition fees+Examination fees). Addition fees are transport fees and hostel fee. There are no additional fees other than this until you participate in any event or attend any other paid workshops, the fees of the university are quite affordable.

College does provide the scholarship to the deserving students and the eligibility depends on the marks scored in the last course or class. CUCET is there for graduate students. As per the marks in CUCET, the college decides the percent of scholarship they can give to students.

The campus life of the university is excellent. The only thing matters are your company and your friend circle. The campus is raging free. Colleges organize so many events for the students. The lab of the university is not up to the mark but it is far better than another university.

College hostels are good. The mess food is quite satisfactory and provides food 3 times a day and evening snacks. The hostel has a tuck shop and saloon/parlour for students which is quite affordable. Each floor has a warden and a chief warden is there for the entire hostel. There are specific timings for girls hostel which makes the university environment safe.

The college organizes the Alumni meet every year for their ex-students. University invites the student to join the alumni group on various social networking sites where they put the updates for alumni meets.

I am currently pursuing M.Sc Forensic Science and Toxicology from Chandigarh University. A student only looks for exposure and placements when in comes to selecting a college. The placement factor of CU made me choose this university. I applied for the university online and then received a call which asked me about my last qualifications and the course I am interested in and told me the entire procedure for the admission.

The faculty of the college is well experienced and help the students in every possible situation. They also organize some expert talk seminars for students every month which makes students learn something new every time. Teachers of the universities are PhD holders.
