Course Curriculum Overview

Our course is very different from the other colleges providing the course of MBA. Our electives range from marketing to agribusiness and many more interesting and vast subjects. We enjoy the lectures and never feel pressurized.

Placement Experience

There are two phases to placements at a particular company in our campus. One is summer placement, where we work on a trial basis. And the other is final placement, wherein the job position is confirmed at a particular company. Our college also offers exclusive training programs and internship opportunities all over India and abroad.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Everyone is in search of an ideal college which provide a good quality education, top class amenities with a good and structured fee payment pattern. Our college has a very reasonable and affordable fee structure and we are very happy with the same.

Campus Life

Our college hosts many cultural events which are carried on throughout the year. Many students join in for the celebration to promote and pay respect to their respective cultures. Apart from that the college facilitates guest lectures which are very helpful for us.

Admission

When i had to apply for the MBA course in this college, I had to appear for CMAT test additionally, apart from the good marks in the bachelors level as well. The admission is further granted on the scores you secure in the entrance test.

Faculty

Our teachers are very qualified and have a tremendous amount of professional experience and practical knowledge. Their guidance has always been helpful to us. They are ever ready to help us and have a very kind, supportive and considerate behavior.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after completing their internships. Generally after the 2nd semester students start to sit for the campus process. Companies like: Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Big Basket, SBI securities, Yash Technologies, In2IT, Asian Paints etc visit for hiring top talents from this college. Almost every student gets placed and further assistance is provided too. Majority of the students pursue their corporate career after getting placed, while some also go for higher studies. Others also ppt for entrepreneurship opportunities. Highest Package: 16.2 lpa Average Package : 4.5-5 lpa

Likes

The night life if good, and for me gym is the best part
The faculties have good experience and teaching skills
The mess food is also good as of what is expected as stereotype.

Dislikes

The classes some time are too much to handle
The n number of rules and regulations regarding the hostal
The basketball court and cricket ground could have been better

The course is all about management where I get to learn how to manage time with daily n number of activities. Because PGDM course is actually to prepare a person for corporate life. And this course is actually a corporate simulation with education.

I was having prior experience in HR, so i took the course to enrich my knowledge 1:30 was the faculty-to-student ratio all the faculty were experienced in their domain with vast domain knowledge. The exam schedule was tough, and various exams used to happen on a daily basis with term exams at the end

Campus life is quite interesting with activities happening every month
Renowned faculty is there to guide us and the lesson plans include a lot of practical thinking
Placement is decent and plenty of renowned companies come on campus.

Dislikes

Time crunch. With so many activities students often feel burnt out

By 5th semester the student is eligible for final campus placements. There are more than 50 companies that visit the campus and the college boasts a 100% placement record. The highest package is 72lpa and the median is around 20lpa.

Admission:

I got admission to this college by taking the OJEE entrance exam, so I was exempted from taking the entrance exam like MAT, CAT, etc. And then, after my OJEE results were declared, I fill out the application form of this college and then, I attended the counseling session.

Test was with multiple questions relate to arithmatic, reasoning, current affers, English grammar. Time was 2 hours. MAT is a entrance test conducted for management studies admission.

The college Accepts exam such as :- Ojee ( Odisha joint entrance examination) , ATMA , CAT , MAT , XAT etc . Most of the students got a seat based on the ojee rank ranging from 1 to 8000 . I have put first selection to this college as the college provides best facilities with such less amount of fee as compared to other colleges . The study curriculum is nice and the support from the faculty member you get that is enough to choose the college . Also I have applied to colleges such as Bijupatnaik institute of information technology and management and Fakir Mohan University Balasore. I got an tuition fee waiver seat here after securing a good rank that is 593 in the odisha joint entrance examination. Process of admission:- . Apply for Ojee . After the result choose Srusti Academy Of Management & Technology as the prior option if you want to study here . . The college will select you on the basis of your rank .
