Course Curriculum Overview

I was having prior experience in HR, so i took the course to enrich my knowledge 1:30 was the faculty-to-student ratio all the faculty were experienced in their domain with vast domain knowledge. The exam schedule was tough, and various exams used to happen on a daily basis with term exams at the end

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 900000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As many as 100+ companies will be there for internship & they will be paying stipends with a range from Zero to 1 lakh per month. Mostly these internships are done to gain knowledge & work on various projects.

Fees and Financial Aid

Internships will be given to all students but there is also a catch, some of the internships are free & some are paid. Some paid stipends can go as high as 2LPA per month & some are free but one can gain huge knowledge during the internship time

Campus Life

Campus life was awesome, there were a lot of fests, seminars webinars where one could gain a lot of knowledge. It has a 24*7 fully functional library. Sports day, inter-college & intra-college competitions are held on an annual basis with a big outdoor as well as indoor area available.

Hostel Facilities

-The hostel rooms are very small but managable only one bed ,one study table and one rack will be there . - Meal quality is good but one will get bored after some time -Hostel is mandatory for all as many night clases used to happen & their are many cultural activities are also happening in the night only

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

You have to get through the exams like CAT, XAT or GMAT and then based on the GD & PI round you will be selected. If some one has work experience one can get some added advantages. The quote system should be removed, students from Odisha have some reservations which should be removed

Interview Experience

Written test followed by Interview was done ,since i was having prior experience no GD was not done for me . For the written test one has to have good writing skills and the panel will give only 5 mins to think and write

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after completing their internships. Generally after the 2nd semester students start to sit for the campus process. Companies like: Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Big Basket, SBI securities, Yash Technologies, In2IT, Asian Paints etc visit for hiring top talents from this college. Almost every student gets placed and further assistance is provided too. Majority of the students pursue their corporate career after getting placed, while some also go for higher studies. Others also ppt for entrepreneurship opportunities. Highest Package: 16.2 lpa Average Package : 4.5-5 lpa

Likes

The night life if good, and for me gym is the best part
The faculties have good experience and teaching skills
The mess food is also good as of what is expected as stereotype.

Dislikes

The classes some time are too much to handle
The n number of rules and regulations regarding the hostal
The basketball court and cricket ground could have been better

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is all about management where I get to learn how to manage time with daily n number of activities. Because PGDM course is actually to prepare a person for corporate life. And this course is actually a corporate simulation with education.

Campus life is quite interesting with activities happening every month
Renowned faculty is there to guide us and the lesson plans include a lot of practical thinking
Placement is decent and plenty of renowned companies come on campus.

Dislikes

Time crunch. With so many activities students often feel burnt out

Placement Experience:

By 5th semester the student is eligible for final campus placements. There are more than 50 companies that visit the campus and the college boasts a 100% placement record. The highest package is 72lpa and the median is around 20lpa.

Admission:

I got admission to this college by taking the OJEE entrance exam, so I was exempted from taking the entrance exam like MAT, CAT, etc. And then, after my OJEE results were declared, I fill out the application form of this college and then, I attended the counseling session.

Remarks:

Management is limited and it is best. Faculties have immense knowledge about the subject and explanations by them with examples are easy to catch. Lifetime learning it becomes.

Test was with multiple questions relate to arithmatic, reasoning, current affers, English grammar. Time was 2 hours. MAT is a entrance test conducted for management studies admission.
