Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted for Human resource management and the college curriculum covers all aspects of corporate working as well as the basics of management. The course was divided into four semesters and in the third, it includes an internship to gain the experience.
Placement Experience
The university has excellent placement records. There are a number of reputed companies that come and offer on-campus placements. The college has a dedicated placement cell which takes care of all the recruitment drives on and off-campus also informs the student about the same.
College Events
The college celebrates numerous events such as college annual functions, cultural fest, technical fest, sports events, drama competitions, fashion shows, seminars, etc. which provides students the platform to showcase their talent and skills.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for the course like MBA was pretty feasible without any hidden charges as compared to other colleges. The university has various scholarship programs that help the students to have some reduction in fees.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities are taken place in sports, celebrating festivals and different occasions like Gandhi Jayanti, Ambedkar Jayanti, Independence day is likewise celebrated with most extreme happiness, where understudies partake in various social exercises like move execution, play, rangoli competitions.
Admission
Students have to download the application form from the college website by filling all the details they can further proceed with the admission process. After my name appeared on the admission list and I deposited all the necessary documents.
Faculty
They have one of the best faculty in the University and all the professors are well trained in their area of the field. The teaching method is very quicks also they’ve digital classrooms and well-stocked libraries which help us in studies.

Placement Experience
Students do an internship in the first year for 2 months and get placed by the college committee/ Placement cell. Then for 2 years final placements take place. There is 100% on campus placements in IIM Raipur.

Every student manages to get placed with a decent package. The placement committee works hard to achieve it. There were a total of 150+ recruiters for the batch of 2018-20. The average package offered was 15.2L, the median package offered was 14.78L and the highest was 46L. The final placement starts towards the end of the 4th term.

Aditya Birla, UltraTech, Grofers, Tata Steel, Reliance, etc. at the end of the 4th semester. The highest package was recorded at INR 40 LPA.

The placement cell of IIM takes care of all placement-related activities in the college and makes sure that all students receive placement offers from recruiters around the country. During the placement drive, students can expect an average salary package of 15 lakh to 25 lakh per annum.

IIM Raipur provides excellent placement opportunities for students. The placement cell works hard to organize the final placement process and invites several reputed companies that offer good jobs with attractive salary packages. The highest salary package offered in the final placement process of IIM Raipur is INR 28.12 LPA and the average salary package offered in the placement drive is INR 16.46 LPA. Some of the top recruiters of IIM Raipur are Accenture, Agaram Foods, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Amazon, Blue Star, Aditya Birla, Ultra Tech Cement, Cognizant and Deloitte.

The Bastar University is situated near Jagdalpur which is a tribal area. This University is famous for is Post graduation Studies. My experience at this University was quite good. The University is UGC acknowledged. My faculties were supportive and Infrastructure of the college was also good.

My college had a perfect combination one could wish from a private college, from academics to extra-curricular activities. They had an effective system to motivate students towards achieving excellence.

CSVTU does not give you the cliche B-school lavish infrastructure, what it does give you is the opportunity to realise your corporate aspirations with no frills - value learning through actual practical teaching.Numerous sports activities, festive celebrations, cultural celebrations, etc. Guest lectures are also conducted on a regular basis so that students can easily relate to the theoretical learning being fed in the classes. The guest lectures are especially insightful since they are majorly focussed on the latest advancement in the different sectors. One such lecture which I attended was on the impact of GST on indian Import Export culture.
Remarks
Overall experience in the campus is great. Campus is very nice. College provides the best placement.
