Remarks
I heard a lot many things about Chandigarh university in terms of placements and best internship programs under MNCs. After that some key features like experiences faculty, high tech labs and infrastructure attracts me and even I have heard a lot about the well designed curriculum which helps the scholar to create his bright future. Even Chandigarh University does not focus only on the subject which you have opted the computer knowledge and communication skills are also the part of this University. As earlier, I can't be that much confidence but know I can face many of the things at a particular time. Moreover, the enhancement of knowledge is the biggest change in me. At the same time, Chandigarh University not only provides theoretical knowledge, their main focus is on practical knowledge. Even Chandigarh University use to prefer more extracurricular activities just like quizzes, debates, inter-department competitions etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
As a student at Chandigarh University, I can say that all the Faculty members are having a minimum of 12 years of experience in their specialization. Even the Faculty members are too cooperative and really helpful in each and every aspect. Mostly Faculty members are those who have great knowledge and in-hand experience of industry exposure so they teach the students well and in proper way.
Placement Experience
Under Chandigarh University there is not any sort of problem regarding Placements as you all know that Chandigarh University is well known for its placement and best internship programs under MNCs.
Campus Life
Review of Chandigarh University is best in Every aspect either its infrastructure or its Co-curricular and extracurricular activities. even in terms of Anti- Ragging. From the past 8 years, ragging is totally banned under this university.
Hostel Facilities
a. we are having a central library of the campus which is open all the seven days. b. There is the availability of 24 hours Wi-Fi connection. c. We use to learns a lot of things in the HOstel from the seniors even they guide us just like our mentors. d. Moreover, Medical Facilities are available for 24*7. e. Lastly, the wardens are too cooperative.
Admission
I got the admission in USB, Chandigarh University without any sort of entrance test. I have just Filled a form on the official website of Chandigarh University along with the required documents. After some days I got a call from Chandigarh University that yes!! I am eligible for the course BCS- Economics and the eligibility were to have maths and economics in +2 from the recognised Board. Even there was also an option of scholarships such as above 90% you will get 50% relaxation on your academic fees, which is the best thing I felt.
