Remarks

Judging by my priorities I cannot say there is anything bad about the college. One needs to understand what they are signing up for. You cannot expect any kind of 5 star treatment from this institute that are being provided by other private institutions. People come here to increase their degrees without hampering their work life. So, if you are a working personnel and want to continue your studies then this is the one for you. But, if someone wants to enjoy the proper college life, then this place is not for them.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

As you progress through your course the curriculum gets more advanced. In general it is inferior to what other private institutions offer as the study materials rarely get updated with recent facts and figures. So, you need to outsource your knowledge as well to stay updated with the latest market trends. The assignments are very helpful in understanding the course better and it is also compulsory to be submitted.

Placement Experience

3

The Institution has its own campus placement cell. The students who enroll their names get notified when and where placements are being held based on their current position. Also the institute trains you to appear for government job entrances.

College Events

2

Generally the institute does not hold any kind of festival on their own as they do not have their own campus. They generally collaborate with other institutions and organise different training programmes for the students. They do not take students for industrial tours or any kind of excursion. They generally tend to organise everything through some third party though what they do does more good to the students than anything else.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course fee is one time payable, i.e. 2400 in my case for every year which equals to 7200 for the whole course. However, there is a fee for appearing in exam which is also bare minimum. In my case it was 100 per subject. But before applying for the exams you must submit all the assignments or else you will not be allowed to sit for the exam. Just try avoiding those late fines as they come out like a sore thumb.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I have not applied for any kind of scholarship or education loan. Frankly speaking, I don't think anyone needs to take education loan for providing fees of Rs. 2400 per year neither do they need any kind of scholarship. However if they do apply for any kind of scholarship the authority is helpful enough.

Campus Life

3.5

Generally not many students tend to attend classes regularly. However, in my time with the institute I have seen more boys than girls in my class. It might me different for other courses but normally that is what happens in co-eds. Speaking about the labs and other extracurricular activities, I have not been involved in any of those, but it might be different in case of other courses.

Alumni/Alumna

I have not faced any kind of ragging or anything like that. Actually, I have not faced any seniors in my time with the college. The concept of seniors and juniors don't seem to apply to this institute. It's all peace and harmony here.

Admission

The Admission process is all online. One just needs to upload all the required documents, select the course they want to choose and pay the final amout. There are 2 sessions per year and one can choose to get admit during any ome session. Books are generally delivered to your doorstep without any extra cost, if by any chance it does not get delivered they send you a text message to collect the book from their main office in Bikash Bhawan. I chose this institution because it opens the way for me to do a job besides studying and gather experience. Moreover you get enough time apart from studying to improve your co-curricular activities as well.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is highly experienced and qualified. They are generally well behaved and provide answers to your doubts nicely. The only problem is that the classes are held few and far between. But I think one should attend all the classes whenever they are being held. They provide key suggestions for the exams and also help you go through the course smoothly.
