Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum in our college is very good and professional. B.A.M.S course is a 5 and half year course. Exams are conducted yearly. There is no semester pattern. 1st, 2nd and 3rd year are of 1 year period, 4th year is of 1 and half year period, and 5th year is for internship.
Placement Experience
As I heard from my senior students, there is no definite placements and job opportunities in our college. But our college does provide internship to the students with stipend. The internship period is very crucial to gain the knowledge so as to competitive for the jobs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As ours is government college, the fees structure is feasible to the students. Students who are financially weak, the college provides scholarship and concessions to those students so that they pursue their course of interest.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are provided to eligible students based on University merit, National Loan Scholarship, educational concession under KPCR, SC/ST, OEC, etc. Students will even get stipend during the internship period.
Campus Life
Our college conducts various extracurricular activities such as cultural fests which includes poster making , guitar, light music, cartoon making. Our college also organizes freshers party, farewell party and annual day. We will even have tours, exhibitions, national seminars and sports competitions.
Admission
I got admission in this college by writing common entrance test conducted by commissioner for common entrance examinations. This entrance exam is for selection in both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.
Faculty
Faculties of our college are well educated and very professional. They help students to learn the subjects/topics in an easy way, which hard to learn and remember. They are also friendly in nature. They even give career guidance for the students.
