There's always chance for improvements. This college deserves to be the best in state.

The course is of 5 and a 1/2 year duration & is equivalent to MBBS degree. Exams happens yearly which the university takes. Here we have to understand theory as well as do the practicals every year in every subject. Also there is clinical classes too which happens in hospital so we deal with patients when we go to 2nd year. It helps in getting clinical knowledge. And yes there is also an industrial visit in 1st year of college so that you can know how medicines are manufactured in case you want to specialise in that field. Totally it depends on your knowledge and marks. If you become top 5 students from your batch to score highest marks in all the years of degree combined then you get selected for house job for 1 year in the college's hospital only as a resident doctor. And then you can either clear entrance for Post Graduation degree or start your own practice or do a Govt job.

In medical profession there is nothing like placement as every student becomes a doctor and earns well depending on the knowledge he/she has. A one year internship has to be compulsarily completed before we get the degree and registration number. Incentives are provide monthly during the course of internship.

The college celebrates every event which has to be organised by students only apart from seminars. And the most special event is the Annual Fest of college which is approx of 15-20 days duration. Where every batch & every student enthusiastically takes participation and win lots of prizes. All events of cultural, sports, arts takes place. So everyone studies the whole year and have fun at the annual fest. Also at last there happens an annual function program where the winners of different cultural activities gets to perform on the main stage among guests and chief guests.

The program fee is minimal as its government institution. Scholarships are provided too for students of different reserved categories. They accept all payment methods and yes there is total tranparency in fee breakdown as the fees goes directly into the college account and we get receipt of fee breakdown as well.

Yes college offers scholarships for students who are not economically stable enough. It almost covers all their annual fees. I'm not eligible for scholarship based on my economical status and non reserved criteria.

As its medical profession so usually girls are in majority here. Campus life is cool. Everyone minds their own business. Labs are up to the mark. Students take care of competitions and all. They arrange it properly for everyone. There is yet to form a student union here which is bit of a problem. All religions are equally accepted and respected here. College has no tolerance policy for remarks based on religion, race, sexual orientation, politics & economic status. College has Anti-Ragging community as well to look upon Freshers as they are new to college. And most of all students stand in unity here and they will do everything possible to solve your problem and make you feel like you are not alone.

The hostel approx has 200 rooms. With 10-15 washrooms on each floor. Each room has to be shared among 2 students. Rooms are always full before and after admission so you have to apply for it beforehand and submit an application regarding that. As soon as rooms are available they will let you inform about it. Hostel room has 2 beds with 2 desk and chair for studying with in built cupboards. Has proper light and balcony with proper ventilation.

Seniors are the best part here. They can be more helpful to faculties even. They help with everything be it studies, exams, food, health issues, personal problems or anything. They stand by you even if it had to be against college management.

I gave the entrace exam and made to the cut off so I decided to choose the college because its the only Government Homoepathic College in my state. So its a State Model Institute. I've always dreamed of becoming a doctor & hence I chose this course. After having the result online counselling started for admissions, I was pretty sure I wanted admission in this one so I put the name of this college only & I filled the counselling form on website for college admissions for my State. I got selected for admission on basis of my marks then went down straight to college for next procedure which was to submit the fees directly to college along with all the original documents and I was enrolled for the course.

The faculty here is filled with immense knowledge. They all are MD's here. All have done masters. Many take seminars in different colleges and states and also foreign countries too. The timing is basically from 10 A. M. IST to approx. 5 P. M. IST & each lecture is of 1 hour duration so its a whole lot of lectures to take in. Practical classes are also there which is also an hour long. You'll get an approx. 6-7 lecturers every year of your degree according to subjects. Not to forget HOD's are also there. As our college offers Masters degree too so PG students are also assigned classes by their HOD's so we get whole lot of lecturers to study from apart from the main faculty. But the HOD's keep an eye on every PG scholar they assign topics to them which is to be taught to UG students and after that tests also occur which makes students very clear of the topics.
