LAW COLLEGE, AU REVIEW
Actually I'm from a family background holding 32 advocates from our family in the Visakhapatnam bar association. That zeal from my father leads me to choose this as my career. Andhra University is a very old university having a very good historical background and it consists of very good and friendly senior professors who guide us in each and every possible way. We can make internships in both winter and summer vacations. As I reside in the locality of Andhra University this was my first choice. I've applied for APLAWCET in which I've secured statewide 140th rank soo I've got the merit seat in the university in the first counselling itself. Now I feel that choosing this university was my best option to start my career. The college will be only in the morning session so in the afternoon we can earn some good knowledge either from the library in the department or from the central library. I generally use the afternoon session in my father's office which helps me gain practical skills.
There would be campus placements from the next academic year. The faculty is trying hard this year to bring up companies.
We do have friendly seniors and juniors. Our campus is anti-ragging. So things go smooth and we do have a library, scholars are also friendly enough to explain and guide us.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
The faculty you find in the Law College of Andhra University are highly designated as they've at least 30 years experience and have a good knowledge through every corner of the subject. There will be a schedule for mid exams and we do have 2 semesters per year. There are approximately 10 faculty members and each class consists of atleast 100 students. Though our department is highly populated with students it still goes in a disciplined manner.
We are always allowed to do internship wherever and whenever wanted. We generally have vacations from December to January as winter vacations and we do have 2 months summer vacation. We do internships during our vacation time.
Yes, we need to attempt APLAWCET or CLAT to get an admission. The higher you score the more scope of getting admission.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
Generally, the fees would be 30,000 if you're eligible for the scholarship then that would depend on your reservation.
