Remarks
Its located in a hill station so i am able to study along with enjoying nature. The college itself is very well designed in terms of architecture. On 1st look it attracts people with its beautiful natural qualities. Also in terms of academics the college has very good dedicated staff members. In terms of extra carricular activities the college has a gym, basketball and volleyball courts. Overall it is a very good college. I opted for B.Com because i was a commerce student in 11th and 12th and i required continuation.
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus was for the most part really tough but the workload of it had been taken care by the college in an impressive way. Especially considering the tight schedule of each semesters which is inside 6 months the faculties and the management had done an excellent job in keeping upto the schedule. Most of the faculty staff were top notch while there are complaints about some. But overall they did an excellent job
Placement Experience
The placements and job opportunities comes fro various famous institutes and firms across India. Various sectors like Banking, Education, Textiles etc have come across to get students from here. Some of the firms interested here are:Federal Bank, Reliance, Byjus etc.
College Events
The campus lets the students do the extra carricular cultural fests. Each batch is given permission to do programmes which are unique by themselves with the prior approval of college. Various activities are conducted by students of UG and PG during festivals like christmas or onam or special events like welcoming freshers and passing out of seniors.
Campus Life
There is a gym with intensive facilities, one volleyball and one basketball courts which are being well maintained. The college provides free wifi for all students in the campus which can be accessed through unique id and password given to each students. The college also has a well upto date library where a very thorough process is maintained through which we are able to access the wide range of books,materials magazines etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hoste infrastructures is average.Whilst there are lot of things to be improved, the hostel has almost 24*7 electricity facility unless there is some big issue. The lights are also allowed to be turned on till the student wishes.
