Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, true that I has chosen this course by my choice. But after seeing all of my friends got registered for the course B. E computer science and Engineering ( CSE), I'm feeling jealous and alone preparing my courses and taking exams by myself. Unlike them, whom are helping each other. However, the course is not that bad as well as teacher are so much supportive.

Placement Experience

The placement is happening in top companies around the world. CE and SEC students are given high training programs. Many skills are learned from technical trainings and development programs, that give every student the opportunity to get a job along with the best supervision and support from the faculty members.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for having a particular course is less comparing it with governmental schools, colleges or universities. If you will apply in a governmental college you will pay around 60000 rupees for other facilities like bus facility, books, activities, cultural and touristic events, not only your course fees. Mainly, if you calculate the whole you will pay more than what you pay in my college.

Campus Life

The best thing I can admit about my college Shivani College of Engineering and Technology is that it has great lab facilities and sports equipment and activities. A student at the end of the day needs something that makes him forgetting all the tiredness of the day, and because we were having such an interesting activities we feel much relaxed and relieved to start another day with a positive attitude.

Hostel Facilities

The total fees of hostel facilities, food and infrastructure in SECT 40000 Rupees for one year. Which makes it not that bad regarding to the services they are providing such as free internet, AC , workshops and other activities.....In addition to that the total fees of Civil Engineering course in SEC Tamil nadu is Rs 1.17 Lakh on campus Degree 4 years full time student.

Definitely when I was new student at the college majority of seniors played a very crucial role in my high scores and level improvement. And after that I became myself as a senior student who's helping other students find their way through the path of success .

Admission

Shivani College of Engineering and Technology is ISO Certified college of Engineering, affiliated to Anna University. Moreover, it is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The College started only in 2009, which makes it a leading professional college. I got accepted after holding an interview, the admission happened right away the college received my documents and then they emailed me for taking an interview. As I took it, I become a student in SEC.

Faculty

All faculty members are qualified to be second hand of our tutors. It is compulsory to finish syllabus before examination and you has to score also higher than your last semester. Our seniors are helping us in time of exams and labs sessions, always providing us with useful tips and tricks to succeed and get the needed support from our teachers and supervisors.

The course curriculum is relevant and covers the important topics needed for my studies and career. It provides useful knowledge for real-world applications. The teaching methods are good, but more practical sessions and industry-based examples would make the course better. The exams are conducted regularly and are moderately difficult. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum

The college provides 100% placement opportunities to all the students. We receive information about job openings, recruitment drives, aptitude tests, interviews, and other selection processes through the placement cell. The salary package is also good which is provided based on the company profile The placement cell supports students in various placement opportunities making all the students get placed while completing the degree After completing my degree, my plan is to start my career in a suitable role related to Human Resources or Finance, gain practical industry experience, and gradually develop my professional skills

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The students should have passed class 12th with at least 50% marks in the previous examination. 45% in case of the reserved category. Other than that they are also given % seats reservation.
