A decent college

The course includes all the main subjects which are needed to graduate in this course. No extra subjects without any references are taught. The course is very well structured with every semester being a different experience for the student every semester. We are not burdened with extra subjects.

I wanted to continue my masters after my bachelors were done, so I did not sit in the placements. I had to study further so the placement wing is not so well known to me. My batch mates sat for their placements and many of them got internships at different places.

Fees were very minimal as it is a govt institution during our time the yearly fees were around 8000, it increased after I left the college. The fee is affordable by the students and they have minimum charges for the course and facilities they provide to each student. Low fee structure.

There are seminars on various social issues that are held in the college. An annual function is a cultural event that is celebrated in our college. There are hostel parties on the occasion of farewell, freshers, hostel nights, other festivals like Lohri, Diwali, Holi, eid, etc.

The admission process based on my grades and marks in the 12th standard it was though merit and a cutoff were related got 80% and got through in the first list. After which direct admission was sought into the college after proper checking of the document, which had to be submitted to the university.

My college's every teacher was nice & hard-working, responsibilities were taken by them for their subjects and the way they made us understand it. The professor who taught about novels and poetry were my favorite as they had a different way of teaching and explaining every small detail.
