Remarks

I was always interested in doing MBA and pursuing it from this college made it even better.I had an amazing experience and will always be grateful to my teachers for being a support system always! I had the right amoount of exposure that I needed from.this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was developed in such a way that we were taught soft skills and the course also gave us the exposure to management skilss which helped us a lot further. This was a year program.We were given enough time to prepare for exams.

Placement Experience

Our college have had a great track record of placements.We had Kotak Mahindra Bank,Amazon, Colgate and many more brands and companies coming in for placement.Average package was 6.58.lakhs per annum and the highest ranged between 10 to 11 lakhs per annum.Similarly we were provided with internships!

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for MBA for an year was 2.59.lakhs which is expensive but genrally if you opt for other colleges the fees there is even higher with no placement surity or even basic facilities so I think the fees that I paid was reasonable since we were being given the best of everything.

Campus Life

All kinds of extracurricular activities are organized here.We were Always encouraged to participate since it helped us in building confdence and shaping or personalities.The activities were kind of a stress buster for workshops and seminars were also organised.

Admission

I had done my graduation in BBA and wanted to pursue MBA so I chose this college. I went and filled out the application form carefully and uploaded the documents that they asked fot.The admission was given on the basis of my performance in IBSAT but the groups discussion and personal interview was also taken into consideration for my final selection.

We had the best teachers in this field.They were dedicated from day one to teach us and make us learn.They showed me my strengths and always motivated me to do better and they use to give equal time to our doubts .

i liked my campus life especially the academic activities in which we were participated , commercio fista was organised by mba students where we installed our own lil shops in the campus and earned
we went for the industrial visits like mother dairy delhi, SEBI noida, KPMG and our batch got so much industrial exposue in my time
Our classes was full air conditioned and for mba students we have sepration seminar hall also we have incubation cell for the new start ups

Dislikes

strict rules for attendance, it should be 75 percent or above

i have done my graduation in 2024, in my 3rd semester placement was started that time our tpo was rajvardhan sir , i called so many companied in the campus for the placement finastra was one of then, i have cleared 3 rounds of finastra 1st was apptitude, then technical round then PI with HR in delhi office in feb 2024 i have got my offer letter and then july i have joined finastra just after my final exams got over, RIT and expecially members of placement are very proactive about their work , after 1 year in 2025 i went again in rit for the alumni meet my experience in rit was very good

A Great Learning Experience with Good Industry Exposure

The college provides a vibrant campus environment with regular events, fests, club activities and opportunities to participate in different extracurricular activities. The overall campus atmosphere is energenic and provides good opportunities to stud
The faculty members are supportive and approchable and the college provides opportunities for students to develop various skills.
I appreciate the infrastructure and learning facilities available on campus, along with peaceful environment of Dehradun.

Dislikes

The placement process could be made more transparent by providing students with more regular information about placement opportunities.
There is scope for increasing practical and industrial oriented exposure through more guest lectures and interactions with industry professionals.
Coordination and communication regarding some academic and extracurricular activities could be improved so that students recieve information well in advance and can plan their participation accordingly.

Placement Experience:

The college provides campus placement opportunities with students becoming eligible in the final year. Various companies visit the campus for roles in marketing, sales, management and other business related profiles. The placement cell also supports students through placements drives and career guuidance. Along with campus placements internships and industry exposure help students improve their employability. After completing my BBA, I plan to persue a career in digital marketing and gain practical industry experience.

The surroundings are really appreciated .But the only negative thing is tiediness in the campus
My college is very simple and its going in very smooth .Campus gives good feel to the students.Here people from out of state is also there so socially also it is good.
Faculty is also good it contains very highly educated faculty .

I choose econmics for my further studies, as I have curiosities to learn more about economics .Real.life examples expalnation influnced me most to learn and study economics. National Eduction Policy boosts the learning power of the students which is improtant for further academic progress.

Holistic Review of MBA at IIM Kashipur

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.

A big library from which you can buy book (library fee: ₹500)

In this college the students are eligible for campus placement in the second last semester of there course, and the companies like wipro,TCS etc gives offers to them. The highest package is 4.5 lac in our college. The percentage of students should be above 60 percent to get a campus placement.

I chose this course because I have done my graduation in Statistics so this Masters's course has improved my profile and given me better opportunities for my career growth. Faculty are well experienced. Professors have done PhD in their domain and have a good amount of experience. Term exams are semester-wise twice a year. It is easy to pass if we study on a daily basis.
