Remarks

With no doubt I would say I had great experience here. Everyone was so good. The allover campus environment was very amiable and it was like I am in my other home as everyone was treated one way equally and had shared a great bond even with the teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of ba hons. in english was well set focused on teaching us in English language. And other subjects such as history, education and political science and philosophy. These were elative subjects out of which we had to choose any two and we have to choose any one Indian language out of three options. I had hindi subject. The course focuses most of on pur English subject as I was doing specialization in it.

Placement Experience

2.5

In this college we didn't got the opportunity of on campus placements. As we are not been provided with it. But they provide us with quality education hence on the basis of our potentiality so I got good opportunity after completing of my graduation and now currently I have begun as a teacher of English in a private school and my income per annum is 3 Lakhs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it was a public university the fees was very economical and even people from poorer backgrounds could afford it. The total fees of three years was Rs. 8,975 I.e yearly the fees was Rs. 1705 however the fees of first year was Rs. 300 additional.

Fees and Financial Aid

However our fees itself was very economical and affordable being a public university. Scholarships were not required but to encourage education among the poor students who couldn't afford it University offers freeship to the deserving students so that they can compete there education.

Campus Life

We were use to always encouraged by our teachers to not just be an academically excellent student but to also take part and develop ourselves in extracurricular activities so whenever extracurricular activities use to take place(Every year) I use to take part such as in intercollege games and debate competition & I actually gained a lot of confidence because of this. Each and every one of us were provided with equal opportunities and were treated equally no matter what or who we are.

Admission

I got my admission here on the basis of my merit in 10+2 in which we have to score aggregate of 45% in which I scored 80% and as i chose BA (Hons.) (English ) hence in 10+2 in English subject we have to score 55% in English subject particularly to be eligible for admission. As I was good in English I scored well in it and become eligible for admission and on the basis of my merit I got selected.

Faculty

3.5

We had a chunk of well qualified and years of experienced teachers. All of them taught us everything very effectively and helped me and my other mates whenever we needed. Every teacher knew about all our strength and weakness in there subjects and they tried to emerge us at the best of our potentiality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My passion and a bit of curiosity in International Relations led me to choose this course. The curriculum, in fact, prepared me well for further academic pursuits. For improvement, educational excursions and internship opportunities should be made available. The exam is held twice a year on semester basis, with papers set at a moderate to difficult level.

There are limited on campus placement opportunities here, especially for Arts and Eng Hons students. Most students focus on higher studies, competitive exams or off campus opportunities after graduation. The college provides basic guidance through teachers but formal placement drives are rare.
