Course Curriculum Overview

The courses were update with industry standards. No industry exposure. The faculties were good except few who really aren't in current trend. The basics are laid strong. Some core subjects are not at all required now. The course content for future generation is upgraded and I hope so new buddies will come in flying colors.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Placement Experience

Good. The placement process is not transparent and people who are close to T&P dept get placed in top MNCs. They brag alot about placements but everything is faked up a lot.

College Events

Campus life was to the class. We had wide range of events with great freedom. Technical event Daksh is top in south India. The cultural event Kuruksastra is top in Tamil nadu. The participation in them is nationwide.

Campus Life

The WiFi is adequate. The library is bigger one with lots of resources. The lab equipments are up to date with international standards. The classrooms are equipped with projectors. The e library is accessible using WiFi. We also have research buildings which contains very effective labs.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Like to study the subjects in a practical way as well as getting skillfull everyday
Liked the events and the participation of the students in every aspect of the event

The working hours in clinical area is way more high and not able to tolerate
The hostel rooms should be cleaned every week atleast
More restrictions for girls only and there is a partiality among the students in gender

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

Placement Experience:

The reason i choose this college because of the really good placements available in it. The different between the college i applied for and sastra will be Reputation: In my surroundings sastra have a great goodwill and Reputation compared to other colleges. Placements: sastra provide wide range of placements and opportunities while other colleges have limited options. Academic: sastra provide a great faculty , other diploma to add on which adds great value and research opportunities. I applied for sastra and srm in trichy, i got selected in both the colleges but i choose sastra Over srm. I choose sastra because of it's quality education. No, i did not get rejected for the colleges i applied for.
