Never go for PGDM in AIMS college.

Over all the college is okay,not upto the mark. I prefer students to get enrolled in MBA course in a good institute rather than taking admission in PGDM from this college. As the fee will be almost similar.

My admission was done through MAT percentile,no personal interview or GD was taken by the college. It was an easy task to take admission in this college.

Course was fine. Course was not updated as per the market scenario. College has design the course as per their own choice.The course curriculum was from AIMA. It was not extensive and was not concentrated on the practical uses of the theories. No good industrial examples were provided.

Companies like Advan Technologies, HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential,top MNCs didn't came for internship. I completed my internship from a local company from Bangalore.

Placements were not good,only few MNCs came to take our interview,around 60% of students didn't get placed.Negative part was only one student was only allowed to apply for one company.

The events were not organised properly,the faculty does not show interest in events,so have student engagement will increase. Events were bite boring also.

The PGDM course fee is really high,it's around 8 Lakh,it's better a student invest 2-3 lakhs more and do mba from a good college rather than investing on this college.

Scholarships are provided but not much,till 5000 or less than scholarships are been provided and that through AIMA, Acharya does not provide any type of scholarships.

Campus life was same where satisfactory,No extracurricular activities were held,the bad part of it. All the national festivals were celebrated.

Hostel rooms were not clean and hygienic. We have to share one small room with two or three people. I used to pay 5500 just for rent.

Exams were quite frequent.The days used to be quite hectic in between classes and exams. No assignment criteria was there,nor presentations where taken to make student confident.

Faculty was not good nor helpful and was not available for support.The subject knowledge were missing in few of the faculty members and needs to be improved.
