Remarks

The management is truely bad. All they care about is new admission students. We are now seniors, we don't have any importance. We aren't looked after. Placement is not good so does internship but I like some of the faculty. They are truely knowledgeable persons from whom we can learn about the subject as well as life. They are a good guide. It can do anything and everything to benefit itself if it means to hurt the student welfare they would not care.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college might be easier to get admission if you can spend 1.5L p.a. it's good College if you really wanna study. They pay hefty salary to the faculties here. Many of them are really profeesors. Other than that they are trying indulge in personality development classes i.e. EQ (Emotional Quotient) classes. I like those classes. They give us project on making videos , short films, speaking on different aspect ,etc etc. Researches are supported from BTech level. Curriculum is fine. We have been visiting industries as a part of our curriculum.

Placement Experience

3

I don't have any idea. Nothing is notified till date. We don't have any idea what is going to happen.

College Events

4

Fresher's Party* New for the first year students admitted Teacher's Days* Saraswati Puja celebration* A stage displaying classical music. And at the end there is a cheap DJ. Annual Concert* Farewell Party* I am not very into events. Not a large crowd kinda guy. Occasionally Bollywood and Bengali actor actress visit. Many guest lecturers from big industries are invited.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Little expensive. I pay through Google pay. Every payment method is accepted excepted Cash. My total program fee is 600000 INR. No, additional fees needed to be paid for admission. There is transparency but we are illicitly charged industrial visit charge.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, there is percentage based scholarship. Above 80% have 25% off Above 85% have 40% off Above 90% have 80% off This might have updated.

Hostel Facilities

I stayed on for first year. Then I left because of the food quality and higher hostel fees. It's about 10K per month. Which is basically higher now. The hostel is fine to live in. Facilities are good. They try to maintain it, I won't deny.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes! Seniors who are into academics are very nice to interact to. They are learned people, prospering in their fields and help whenever needed be it academic help or social.

Admission

I was a bright student and scored well in class 10th without much pain or study. But somethings happened in 12th which deteriorated my results. My college is a private college. It's very easy to get admission in here very simply speaking that's why I gave so much back ground about selection of this college. - Basically you need to have minimal percentage of 45% to get admission into any stream of your choice. - Percentage bar and rules are higher for B. Pharm courses. Else every course be it law or engineering it's easy to enroll into. - I went on a day, late of June(around 25 June) when most have enrolled into their course. It was fast and smooth. All I had to do is to choose my course , fill up the form and pay the money. Everything's done.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty is great if I look into positive side. They are supportive and teaching is really good which includes presentations so it is more of a audio visual session than normal black board class. Faculties dig up to every possible arena to explain things and labs are available so when we need it. We go there to understand certain concepts. I like the fact how much effort and emphasis they put into to deliver us the concept. They are well learned and educated people with high qualifications. My department is very good. Many of the other departments are also good. But some are not that good due to nature of head of department or certain faculty.
