According to me college life is great and I have many experiences there. There are many co-curricular activies performed here and also there are sports competitions for students .There organize many debate competitions for students to enhance their knowledge.

Hostel Facilities

No I have not opted hostel as college is not far from my home so I regularly go from my home. Some of my friends stay in hostels, they tell that there are very well rooms and there is good study atmosphere in hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 80000 per yearExternal Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level

Mixed emotions but honesty

Well i heard more positive reviews on this college before thinking to get admission in here beforehand i went to another but it didn't seem right to choose another one and also the reason that i was ok with doing up and down for working days rather than opt for hostels hostels there are really well and good but i don't like hostels, they organize many things for hostel people and facility is really good though many people from distant states come here to get education highlights it more that it is unique in its own way that people are choosing to trust this college and rely their future hopes on this college......Read More

I dont know about the intership policy

It was a great experience to complete graduation here. The very excellent staff they have for teaching BCA. They also give practical knowledge. They also give a chance to the student to perform in cultural activities. This is one of the best colleges in Punjab. The college has its cricket team. And very good cricket ground. In the month of march athletic meet held in college, every student has a chance to perform in sports. This college also organizes a vibgyor festival which is famous in Punjab. Because famous singers of India come here on this festival. During my graduation, many singers come here for movie promotions and to perform in vibgyor like Tarsem Jasser, Ranjit Bawa, kulbeer jhinjer, parmish verma, hafr cheema, babbu maan , gurnam Bhullar, jass Bajwa, Neha Kakkar and many more singer I watched live during my graduation .the one of the biggest quality is all the campus is the air conditioner. And nearby 14 thousand are studying here. And this college is situated in vilge deon....Read More
