Good college but can improve the teaching skills way more.

Course Curriculum Overview

The learning course takes you through 4 and half years. that is 4 years of learning course that includes subject like Physiology, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Exercise therapy, Electrotherapy, Psychiatricy, Psychology and even Mbbs subjects like Surgery, Medicine, Obstetrics and gynaecology etc. And includes 6 months of internship. Our college has best access to patients and has best facilities available for their treatment. Yes industrial visits are organised by the college.

Placement Experience

As its a medical college there are no companies for placement. We graduate and after getting practice certification we practice on patients.

College Events

Sports events like indoor outdoor games Eg. Badminton,chess, table tennis basket ball ,throwball ,football tournaments are arranged. Cultural events like gatherings, dance events, college days including saree and various days are organized. Entire college and all the faculties like dental ,MBBS, Physiotherapy participate in the events together.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure compared to other colleges is very feasible. Fee mode is cheque accepted, Demand drafts or NEFT Accepted by the college.No additional charges are expected by the college for securing the admission. Yes the college provides transparency in fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship. Only if you pass in entrance exams then only you can further get selected for the course.

Campus Life

Male :female=1:1, many workshops are organised by our University. We are provided with unisex gyms, swimming pools, ground, play area. Debates are organized by the college that includes students ,from various faculties, on GK. Various intercollege dance competitions, mechanical workshops, special lectures of council members from abroad or profeesionals are organized.

Hostel Facilities

Yes. The hostel rooms are so beautiful and hygienic with windows and pure ventilation. We stay 4 in one room as thats the rule provided by the hostel. Its only girls hostel. Toilets are hygienic and cleaned everyday. Fees is 25000 per student.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes alumni and seniors are helpful and guide through difficulties while treating patients. They are helpful in creating ethical documents and projects. Their experience provides the necessary help and guidance for futher issues.

Admission

I opted this course as i was interested to get to know more about Physiotherapy. As I had scored well in entrance exams i got selected and opted for the course. There is an entrance exam that was similar to NEET and CET. I got 23rd rank among 150 people.

Faculty

As of now third year we have 13 lectures all together given but various certified profeesional in their respective subjects. Post graduated teachers are allowed in our college to give lectures in their respective subjects. We have better access with them due to powerpoint presentations.

The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and always willing to help with academic or research projects.
The campus infrastructure is excellent, featuring modern labs, a well-stocked library, and great sports facilities.
Placement opportunities are robust, with many top-tier companies visiting the campus for recruitment every year.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

College is Good

Likes

Infrastructure is just too good- Building is Fully Air Conditioned
Placement are really decent for a Commerce Graduate around 6-7 Lakhs per annum
Lots of student Associations are there to gain practical exposure.

Dislikes

Very Strict Attendance Policy of 75 Percent.
Rigid and Time Consuming Course Structure
Lot of Fests are there but they do not match the Vibe like North Indian Colleges Fests

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent around 6-7 LPA and almost 50% students get placed and the Highest package is Around 22LPA . Many MNCs visit the college such as McKinsey,Barclays, Goldman Sachs etc. • I am planning to get placed in a MNC.

the curriculum included both theoretical and practical subjects related to computer science ,which matches my interest in technology and career growth . The curriculum provided foundational knowledge ,practical assignments ,and project work that helped in understanding real word application More industry oriented training is suggested the exams were conducted after 6 months every semester some times the results are delayed by university

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

Likes

The professors at the college were always available for any doubt clearances or any other help
College also offered courses free of cost of latest technologies
The college supported students in taking part in any paper conference or hackathon

Dislikes

Conduction of technical events was comparatively less
The was alumni connection was not available through college
The infrastructure could be improved more

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the fourth year. There are good number of placement opportunities available through college but the placement package is less compared to other colleges. The placement cordinator is helpful.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Wealthy and good campus

I like the cleanness of the collage and premise
Very good interaction with other peaceful campus
Another thing i like is the infrastructure good campus amenities and learning facilities

Dislikes

The lab management no sitting arrangement many of the water taps not working ect
The office faculty most of them are rude in behaviour
The parking arrangements not well yet and not allowing any of four wheeler inside the campus

I love pharmacy and i love to see me as an pharmacist i like this profession because i like to see the other pharmacists how they work how they wear the lab coat ect thats why i choose this and as soon i get to know that we can also start a business by having a pharmacy license

Dkte is best for practical knowledge because of its pilot plants which are having machineries with good working conditions
Highly skilled faculties with excellent experience of industrial as well as teaching sector
There are many facilities like idea lab and other testing labs are available which helps students in there project related and research related work

Dislikes

College timing is more as compared to other Colleges
Extra curricular activities and annual events are not upto the marks as compared to other colleges
Canteen facilities for breakfast, lunch, dinner are not that good

Placement Experience:

Students are getting eligible in 6 semester for campus placement Companies like Trident , Arvind Ltd, epic group ,uniclo, vardhaman textile ,dyester ,Aditya Birla knits, Aditya Birla fashion retail, reliance, OCM ,donear etc are visiting and offering jobs ranging from 3.5 lakhs to 18 lakhs per annum Highest salary job is given by companies like Trident and epic group the salary is ranging between 18 -19 lakhs 100 % of students are getting placed every year

Green city full of enjoyment

Hello, guys, I am a student of Krishna institute of medical sciences for the MBBS course allowed this year I preferred Krishna Karad because college is very popular in this area(Satara Kolhapur).This is the biggest hospital also in Karad city and in a peripheral region, so too much practical knowledge of many interesting cases got us. All sections of the college are well maintained. labs and the library are awesome. College is very huge and we'll know spread in 57 acres of land too much greenery is here. seniors are very supportive and motivated. The only drawback of this college is its tution fee which goes around 21 lac per annum and this increase by 7% per year the total package of this college for one student goes around 1.15 crore so this not affordable for everyone MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy, Nursing course are available here....Read More
