Remarks
The college environment is really good. It is a small and beautiful campus. Far from the city in an isolated place. Bad aspects include no better services for malls or shopping or anything like that. No night food service. Preferred this college due to home town reasons. placements are really good if you chose CSE. No ragging in college and the staff are very supportive.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this because I had an intrest in computer science. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:20. Faculty is really helpful. The teaching method is average but they have good knowledge so they clear doubts are very clean. Exams were of an average level not to easy and not too hard. It was overall a very good experience.
Internships Opportunities
Companies come to college for internships if you get placed in them they have a particular stipend. You get placed then you can have internship experience from the college itself. The stipend is around 10-20k depending upon the company.
Placement Experience
Placed in Capgemini first with 3.8 lacs package but didn't get the joining from there. Now placed in Wunderman Thompson MSC with 4.5 packages. Good placement. Awesome placement opportunities in the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not get any scholarships or anything like that. Fee hike was 5000 after one year and hostel fees also hiked after 2 years. A bad experience in terms of fees and everything. They took fine as soon as possible and did not return the security deposit on time.
Campus Life
The annual fest is average. Social life is really good. Everyone is friendly. We have clubs and societies in college which particularly focus on co-curricular skill development. Students take part in all activities.
Hostel Facilities
Triple sharing room with cooler. 24 hours light water facilities. No facility for food at night. Breakfast lunch and dinner served in mess just under the hostel. Wardens are pretty strict. No drugs or smoking or alcohol allowed in the hostel. Strict punishment for such activities.
