Remarks

Because it is near from my home so i chosen this easy to go to college The bus stand is near the college so it's a great thing for students Railway is also near about 3 km here so that's a good for out of city students. Admissions are easy here for students to enroll.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chosen this course because want to go to teacher line with math and economics stream. The class is of 100 students and teaching method by the teacher is so good they teach like a friendly nature and there's are monthly tests and exams in end of semester and after that there are final exams. It's not very much difficult and not too easy to pass.

Class Size: 100

Placement Experience

3.5

The companies visit in rozgar mela with many offers the companies are from different big cities like Hyderabad, delhi, mumbai etc. The companies have package starting from 20k to 55k monthly. The students with above 85% are applicable to get the placements. I have planed to be a maths teacher.

College Events

4.5

There's a annual festival at the college on the ocassion of birthday of baba farid ji there's are too much crowd. The library infrastructure is also very good there's are too much books to read all types of books are available for reading. Sports competion are also there of all types like badminton, kushti, cricket, chess and many more. And many activities are there to perform like quiz competition on occasion of any jayanti.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There's not too much fees it's average fees 11000 not like other colleges. There's a scholarship for sc, bc students in which they have to only pay 4-5k, and there's nothing scholarship scheme for any general category students that's a negative point. On every year there's a rozgar mela in college where companies from different cities hire students for jobs.

Admission

Yes I have faced a interview but not a written test and interview is too easy anyone can clear it. the questions are only about our 12th examination our income and other things it's easy for everyone.

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level

All about Government Brijindra College, Faridkot

I have applied to Panjab University, Chandigarh and S.D college, Ludhiana. I have got admission confirmed in both the colleges/ university. But in Panjab University Chandigarh campus there are many loopholes as in evening department there is lack of proper study and in S.D college there is lack of good infrastructure and hostel faculty is not affordable. In the Brijindra College, admission process is very simple. You just have to apply online form of punjabi University, Patiala and then based on Merit you will be offering the seat , where you want to apply. Eligibilty for the bachelor course is mainly +2 . It depends on which subjects who have studied in +2. Most preferred course by students is B.A, B.SC agriculture, Bcom. When the student get its name in merit list, they can continue there admission process by paying required amount online to the university....Read More

The college is good and teaches really good

The eligibility for the B.Com course is 10+2 with commerce and the college could not take any entrance test the admission is on a percentage basis which students get in their 10+2 exams. Due to a shortage of seats, the cutoff for the general category is 85% and for the Reserved category, it may be 80%. The application form for admission is online and you can pay fees online and offline also. The application started in the first week of June. For reservation, you have a certificate of your reserved category authorized by the proper authority. The admission process is simple but have improved their website because sometimes that was not worked properly....Read More
