Remarks

College is good the things to be changed is good faculty, good working labs(most important) updated library. Apart from that all is well.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The exam structure is not like research driven or talent searching to be frank its just a byheart scheme here. They wont encourage the talent of students but inspite they test their memory power by conducting exams which we byheart and write. In 4 years once we will be taken to a industry for visit thats alll. And every year we will be having technical fests and hackathons where students are encouraged to participate.comming to placements there are not many companies visiting our campus, but the companies which visit are BPOs and sim salesman like this.if we have talent then we have to try for a technical jobs outside campus. And the ciriculum which we follow is outdated and old syllabus which even some companies dont use them. We have to learn things on our own because the faculty here are not much who teach us well.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placements in our college is available but the companies which visit are for BPO jobs and call center jobs. Unfortunately due to covid19 only 2 companies visited our college this year. Actually there was a chance of visiting atleast 10 companies in between good days and covid days but they didnt. My rating (3/5)

College Events

4

This was good in our college they used to encourage ba lot of events. And one of the famous one was the massive bucket immersion of Ganeshas were we immersed approximately 1300 clay ganeshas setting an example to others and we won limca book of records. Apart from this there were many fests, traditional days, technical fests etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure when I studied was 50000 in which 35000 is paid by govt of Telangana and remaining 15000 by me but now the fees has beem increased to approximately 80000.it may be feasible for some people if they come through EAMCET and eligible for govt scholarship.

Fees and Financial Aid

I was opted for scholarship from govt of Telangana for merit which was 35000 per annum. The eligibility criteria was to pass EAMCET and must not be OC caste if OC their annual income should not exceed 200000.we can apply fir this scholarship during the admission process or else by visiting a nearby mee seva center. All you need is a good merit and 0 backlogs otherwise your scholarship may get cancelled.

Campus Life

4

Our college has approximately 5000 students guess. With good count of boys and girls. Our college doesn't encourage gender bias and gives equal importance to both boys and girls. Extracurricular activities like sports are there for both boys and girls and there is an excellent traimer for sports. Campus life was good seniors were friendly and supported us. All together we were happy with college life except education.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

No I did not choose any hostel. First of all there was no College hostel. Students used to stay in private hostels. The college surroundings had approximately 15 hostels nearby with good accommodation and facilities like transportation etc.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors were very friendly and encouraged us in many aspects even today if we have any doubts on career we take their help.

Admission

I was an MPC student in my 12th.I was passionate on learning about Computers and programming etc so i wanted to choose Computer science or information technology in engineering. The eligibility criteria in Telangana for engineering nis EAMCET so I have written that so based on my rank and eligibility criteria I was placed in this college. I joined this course in year 2016,amd now in 2020 I have completed my graduation.

Faculty

2

Most of the faculty in our campus are MTech qualified amd 4-5 PHD faculty. Mostly they are aged between 35-45.comming to their teaching none of the faculty creates intrest in the subject they just come and tell what ever they know and they leave. To be frank most of the units of syllabus were covered by our own instead of depending on faculty. They are friendly and they have knowledge too but the thing is they are not able to teach. for example in one semester we had android app development subject and the funny thing was the faculty even dont know the subject and she explained only one unit that too half half, me along with my friend we had a little basic knowledge in android so we both helped our friends in completing the Lab syllabus. This is the faculty we have. my rating (2/5)

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacy was the best option for Bipc students apart from MBBS. My main aim was MBBS,but unfortunaley i couldn't get it. Retail pharma, industrial, clinical had a huge scope which made me to opt for Bachelor of Pharmacy. Curriculum needs more practical knowledge to prove within the real time market. Improvement was much needed with research based programs as it was the major core area for pharma aspirants. Frequency betwween internal and external exams were too short.

Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course as I dreamt of becoming a doctor since I was a child. In our college, the faculty is good and are qualified enough. They teach the basic things and make us learn things in a clear way. There will be two internal exams, one prefinal exam in every year. Those with an average of 50% in internal exams are allowed to write the final exams. There is quite a difficulty in passing the final exam as there is a vast syllabus.
