Life at Vikrant Group of Institutions Indore

I completed My BBA from Vikrant Group of Institutions Indore. The course offered by the institute was a very detailed structure in a very good manner. Faculties at VGI are very talented and focused on students learning and overall growth. The course was very enriching for me. Apart from this, there use to many extracurricular activities organised in the college annual sports activity, cultural fest, debate competition etc. All these were very good and professionally managed. That is the reason I chose to do Post Graduation from the same college. The admission process is very simple it is based on a Merit basis. there is generally a personal interview round when there are more candidates, specific exams are not required for admission. This college was suggested by my seniors and it was a good suggestion by them.

The faculty at Vikrant are very knowledgeable they support you to learn not only based on your subject but also about other things. Three were many industrial trips organised on a timely basis by faculty to make students understand how business organisations work. They also called many Industrial experts to take guest lectures. Faculties used many technological ads to make learning effective. PowerPoint Presentations, Group discussion sessions, Mentor's are assigned to groups for better learning. Industry-related projects and presentations were given as an assignment to make the class interactive. Weekly Case study classes for every subject were taken to understand the challenges faced by organisations and how they faced them. Business Movies and pictorial mode of the study were another interesting part of a study in Vikrant.

There were many opportunities for Internship such as Swastika, HDFC, ICICI Bank. Roles offered by these were in marketing with Stipend and Pre Placement Offers to students performed great during Internship. Understanding about the company and products offered. Pitching products to clients. Helping clients in daily operation. Understanding office culture and workflow procedures. The internship helped me to understand how Banking and Finacial services companies operate.

Students get opportunities in 2nd semester for various summer internships. There were many companies visited with paid and unpaid offers. Some of them are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Swastika Financial Services etc. Packages offered rages from 1.5 LPA - 5 LPA. Depending upon the profiles offered. Every student gets a chance to sit in multiple placement opportunities. My plan was to get placed work for 2 years and open my startup.

The fees at Vikarnt College compared to others is very competitive and management is good fess is allowed to pay in partial payments depending upon the course. There is Scholarship available to students of different category as per government rules. There is a dedicated training and placement cell at Vikrant College that offer you many internships and job opportunities for every specialization. Almost all the students were placed in my batch.

There is an annual fest at Vikrant Group of Institutions generally in Jan and Feb. There is a Sports league organised known as Vikrant Premier league in this outdoor sports activities are planned. There is a management fest organised only for management students. There is a club known as EDGE for students which organize inter-departmental Debate, Group discussion and other Educational activities.
