Remarks
There are the funding of Rs 2.5 lakhs available for the startups to mould the idea into a product. The college follows very strict policies and never entertain any bad behaviour. The students who come from a CBSE background or the students who like their college to consist of both academic and sports then it's not a better option for you as sports are not entertained in this college and there are no night events as it is a very disciplined institution. If you want to learn discipline and want to shape your career then you can opt for this institution.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I was suggested by my brother to take up computer science as a career to get plenty of opportunities in the coming future as the IT sector provides a lot of opportunities for the students. The faculty ratio in this college is about 1:30. The qualification varies depending on their roles an associate professor has a PhD whereas an assistant professor possesses post-graduation. The term exams were conducted in December and May. The difficulty level is high as it is set by the University and you are allotted another college in order to write the examination.
Internships Opportunities
The college gives a reference for the students to apply for an internship as they are very important for every student to get practical exposure to the real-time environment. So the link is shared in the WhatsApp groups of each class. The interested students can enrol and apply for it. I got an internship at Internshala which is a social media marketing role and I applied for it separately when I was surfing the internet.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible for campus placements from their final year. There are very few companies that offer students a job opportunity. Students go for off-campus placements to get higher packages. The average packages offered in this college is between 2.4 to 3.6 LPA. I am planning to move abroad to get an admit for my master's in the US universities.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees to study for every year is 65000 from the 2nd year but the fees for the 1st year is approximately 75000.No, I didn't get any scholarships nor financial assistance in the college. I didn't get a job on campus.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Prazasti. It is a technical fest conducted by the institution all the branches organize this event in the month of May and there are very few events that happen in the institution because it focuses mainly on results.
