Remarks

It was very tough to crack though I cracked all I attempted. Gd and Pis were good. But spending 10s of lakh and no return on investment. Plus Quotas were very challenging being a general candidate. The admission process was based on the 12th result it was smooth and good.

I have a lot of options after I complete b.com. The faculty was very good and student were 30 students by 1 teacher. All faculty were PHDs.Every month tests and every 6 months exams. It was moderate papers but sometimes was tough to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

7000 per year is the fees. I have no stipend and there are as such fewer jobs in college and the average salary is 350000 per year. No assistance and internship. College is good but the job placements are fewer than I think.

Campus Life

All are available and we have a lot of fests and societies all are very good and active. We got a lot of good assistance from them. Enactus is run by students and we do a lot of good things there. It is very good to experience as every time we learn new stuff

Life at South Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.

Placement Experience:

6th sem is the first time college placement are proceeded . Companies are not impressive and mostly are entry level jobs such as cold calling and such which they offer. Highest package was 4 lpa and avg was 2.5 only. Around 60 percent students gets placed.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

A Detailed Review on ARSD College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although, people say that B.Com doesn't have a great scope to it, I feel like there are many life lessons that we are taught during our college years. Since the introduction of NEP 2020, there has been a rather great emphasis on practical learning. In our college, we are asked for presentations and group projects to promote learning and communication. The presence of SEC and VAC also helps you develop your soft skills, groom your personality and live a happy and healthy life. Exams are help at the end of every semester. There are a few guides and PYQs with the help of which a student can prepare for these exams. They are relatively easy in my opinion and do not require extreme efforts. Overall, it's a great experience and a great opportunity to learn so many things.

At my time, courses are given on the basis of marks you got in your 12th standard but the courses like economics honours the eligibility were you should have mathematics in your 11th as well as 12th class.
