Remarks

I've applied in ip university and amity university (both fees are sky rocketing) whereas admission process in gbu is quite simple and convinent as they take an entrance exam gbu-et which was online last year or your state board marks of 12th class(minimum 65%). If you clear the entrance exam your seat was booked and then you have to pay some registration and security fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

Student to faculty ratio in our class is 1:25 Gender ratio 29 male : 31 female Our course curriculum is broadly varied and our faculty was too excelled for it. Every faculty was from known institutions like IIITs and MITs with 10+ years of experience.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Gbu provided campus internships only for few branches like cs and few medical branches .We have did many ai projects last year like face recognition software and many python softwares in summer internships in companies like wipro and hcl on daily stipend of 550 rs

Placement Experience

Campus placement is majorly mass recruiters like Amazon , Wipro , tcs, and airtel. They provide an annual CTC of 4-5 lpa with quite increments. Cebu has its own placement wing which provides placements. Last year gbu conduct online placements due to covid circumstances and recorded the highest placement of cs branch is 9 lpa and a lowest package of 2 lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was quite high as compared to other government colleges. Registration fees - 10000 Security fees - 10000 Sports + exam fees - 1000 Academic fees - 65000/semester * Scholarships are available for sc st obc students of Uttar Pradesh resident.

Campus Life

Gautam Buddha University has its own annual festival popularly called as abhiyanjana. There are few cultural clubs drama clubs, acting clubs, robotic clubs, and placement club. Sports wise gbu has five stadiums and 3 courts and they organize their own sports events periodically.

Hostel Facilities

Gbu provides every student a single room for each student. We have five hostels for boys and four hostels for girls. Boys hostel have a collective mess for each hostel. Mess food quality is decent and they have variety in food weekly and seasonally. Every hostel room has an almirah, fan, led, tube light, study table.

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

If you're in lucknow, Look no further.

Likes

The looks of the campus are stunning. Open fields and everything
Events are hosted weekly, allowing everyone to participate and host
Extracurricular activities are well respected

Dislikes

In a secluded area of Lucknow. Hostel recommended

Placement Experience:

Our Placement packages are pretty low online. It's primarily because every course, High tier, Low tier gets an on campus placement. Computer science has a very good placement ratio. People who don't get placements ussually are the ones who didn't even apply. Around id say 80 percent people get placements and my plans are to look off campus.

My Experience at Sanskriti University: Campus Life, Academics and Opportunities

Likes

The course offers a good foundation in computer science and AI, with opportunities to improve technical skills.
Campus life provides opportunities to make friends, interact with classmates, and develop communication skills.

Dislikes

More practical sessions, live projects, and industry-oriented training are needed to improve student skills.
Placement preparation, internship opportunities, and career guidance could be improved for better job prospects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE (AI & ML) because of my interest in artificial intelligence and computer science. The curriculum provides basic technical knowledge for higher studies and career opportunities. More practical sessions, real-world projects, internships, and interactive teaching would improve learning. Internal assessments and semester exams require regular preparation, and difficulty varies by subject.

“A Good College for Learning and Growth”

Likes

Being a CSE student I get the opportunity to learn about computer science and improve my skills The college experience also helps me understand the importance of practical knowledge

Dislikes

The placement support could be improved especially by providing more opportunities for students to get internships and jobs in reputed companies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers important subjects related to computer science and programming. It gives basic technical knowledge, but more practical learning is needed. Exams are held every semester, along with internal tests and practicals. Some subjects are easy, while others need more preparation. Overall, the course is good, but adding more real-world projects would help students learn better.

What I heard before about the placement is totally different from what it is. I mean after spending more than 6lakh the average package of btech is around 4-5 LPA and the ratio is like 15-20% only. No big MNCs like Amazon Flipkart Deloitte or any other comes here.

About Gautam Buddha University

Mine is management quota in which no entrance exam is required. But earlier, I chose other course for which we have to give the entrance exam. Application form is available on the GBU's official website. Application fees is not that much. Reservation benefit is also there, management quota is there but not for all the courses, you have to give the entrance exams. Admission process is good but after the 1st year when you go for the hostel allotment then there is no management no proper systems. Every student has to wait for -4-5 hrs. There should be some system and management for the hostel allotments and the admission process....Read More
