Remarks

The admission process is very smooth. You have to get under 10 lakh rank in jee mains in order to get admission here. The minimum age is 18 years. The college infrastructure is adorable and worth staying in. The labs, food outlets are very neat and clean. They clean them on regular basis. The food is also hygienic. Buildings have good texture and rooms are spacious, fully air-conditioned you will not feel hot even if it's the hottest day. Security is always present at the gates and the library is always open. We have one Central library which has all the books and have competition preparing books as well.

I chose this course because I have a great interest in programming and logical things. The faculty here are very supportive and very helpful . One can get ample resources to work with. The students who are creative are well supported by the faculty member. You can contact any faculty at any time of the day. The thing which matters the most is the quality of education.

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies which come for internship. There are different companies like the one that offers a stipend and the other that don't offer a stipend. According to your Calibre, you can get into any of the companies.

Placement Experience

The placement here is quite impressive. There is an enormous number of companies which come here to hire us. The package offered here is generally 3.5 LPA to 12 LPA. There are different varieties of the package offered by the company, if you have good academics you can get one easily

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite similar to other colleges. You have to pay around 1.5 lakh per year including the hostel charges which is quite normal and quite inexpensive. The placement here is great. I have got placed in a company and currently doing training for which I receive a stipend of amount 15k.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is very cheerful, you will enjoy it the most once coming here. There are many groups in the college like there are many clubs which are responsible for skills. There are many groups that focus on your hidden talents for example painting. After coming to college you do not need to compromise your passion with the studies

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are very clean and hygienic. The meal is very good like the dal is the best in their meal. You get a variety of foods here that means you will not get bored of having one item only. There are many maids who come and cleans the room and washroom every day.

Likes

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

Teaching style of faculty is excellent and related to practical based

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

Likes

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

Inside Trident Academy of Technology: A Student's Perspective

The admission process was a little bit easy. All we have to do is book a seat their in advance by giving 20k (refundable) or just by applying the counseling. Yes it has reservation benefits. Sc/St can get the seat even if they secured low marks than general. The time gap between one to another semester exam is approximately 4 months. And yes the exams are a little bit difficult as it is being held by BPUT not by our own college. The admission process is already great but one thing is the administrative officers are big manipulators.
