Remarks
In 2018 after clearing my Higher Secondary Education, I have searched for various colleges, but I did not found the ideal college for me. I am searching for a college which is having a higher rate of campus placements. As I am from the general category I did not get any scholarship in fee policy for my admission. But Sushila Devi Bansal College has provided me a scholarship on the basis of my 12th marks and it is situated only 19 km away from my hometown. For admission criteria of my program, the necessary conditions are that one should have cleared their Secondary Education and Higher Secondary School and had appeared for JEE MAINS exam.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the course Computer Science and Engineering because my dream is to become an Engineer. I am very curious to know about things in detail. I always wanted to know the internal mechanisms of a machine like How they work? How they are designed? What is the purpose of making a particular machine? My curious nature always pushes me to find the answer to these questions which is a reason for choosing to engineer. Another reason for choosing the Engineering field is that it helps me to think and invent new things that will be beneficial for mankind. In my college, the faculty ratio is 1: 40. Almost all faculties have master's degrees and some are pursuing doctorate also. We have our tutorials scheduled every week and Mid Semester tests are also scheduled every one and half month. The standard of the term exam is also good.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester onwards a student became eligible for campus placement. There are a number of companies like TCS, Cognizant, Hexaware, Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys, Zensar, Zycus, and many more. that visit for the campus placement in college to recruit students who met the eligibility criteria and perform well in hiring rounds. The average package is about 3.5 L.P.A. and the highest package is 12 L.P.A. About 85% of the students get placed every year. After getting a degree I will be working in corporate to use my domain for the growth of the company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the college is also good. College provides scholarships on the basis of the percentage you got in your class 12th examination. Several Government scholarships are also there. Post Metric scholarship is given to the student who belongs to ST, SC, OBC caste.
Campus Life
Bansal College regularly conducts an annual fest and Techfest in March and April. Bansal College has a very big library and almost all the books from every department are available here. Even many references are also available for every subject and also many more non-academic books are available. Our classroom is made in the form of a conference room. Bansal College also conducts various sports activities like Football, Basketball, Cricket, and many more. Bansal College also has a group on WhatsApp named Bansal Coders Commune run by students.
