Entrance Preview

I had appeared for PET - Pre Engineering Test, MP in order to get this college. I scored 242 marks in PET out of 600.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is no doubt same in all the colleges. There is nothing special you get here, but the point is the faculties and the infrastructure which makes one happy about it. This college has the best infrastructure among other colleges and also the staff is very co operative and proactive.

Internships Opportunities

When I was the student, I did not see any of the intern inside the college. So I can not say if now they have started or not.

Placement Experience

Well, this is the only thing for which everyone spend the four precious years of their lives in the college. Yes, the opportunities are very good as the college is among the top groups of institutions and has a great placement officers associated with them.

College Events

There are n number of events which are being held by the college and apart from these, there are various inter college events which are also being participated by the college. One of the event is the annual function event which is being held inside the college where all the students are given opportunities to come and perform their talent to the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, nothing like these facilities are provided by the college as it is a private college. However, one can avail the loan facility from different banks and also the scholarship program that the Govt is already running can be availed.

Exam Structure

Same as if you know about the other colleges. Only difference you can see is the internal exams and practicals. College is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Technical University so it follows the same exam structure as the their policy. Exam halls are very good and the invigilator inside the room takes care of all the other activities.

Admission

Once we are done with the PET exams (now a days, we can get through the academics marks as well), we have a counselling event where all the college representatives comes and share the details of their respective colleges. We choose the college based on the marks we got, and then it all starts from there. We need to deposit some initial amount there and then further process would be completed in the college.

As I already mentioned in the previous question, the faculties and the infrastructure which makes one happy about it. This college has the best infrastructure among other colleges and also the staff is very co operative and proactive. Also, one should get personal doubt session with the faculties in their respective cabins at each floor of the building.

Likes

The campus is lush green AQI is very low.
Good academic content. Most teachers are helpful.
If you are motivated profs are motivated to work with you.

Dislikes

The campus is isolated form the main city.
Hostel timing are early and strict. Hostel closes around 8:30
Some time classes slot booking are not suitable.

Placement Experience:

Placement vary according to the market in the industry. Though oppertunities are provided extending student courses, so students do get a change to apply multiple job postings. Companies like Flipkart, Blackstone came.

Average college with no placements and exposure

Likes

I like infrastructure of the campus... infrastructure are very beautiful.
Library. I like library facilities college provide and we can take book from there.
Canteen not..much but I likes this average

Dislikes

Placement their is no placement or limit placement only 2-3LPA
Bus Facility their Very poor bus facilities
Labs their labs computer are not working properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.

Oldest College of all over india and first E&TC branch opened in JEC

Dislikes

Zero college life beacuse everyone not get govt. Hostel
Campus distributed because of two way highway
No internship and entrepreneurship opportunity are there

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is totally outdated syllabus that was not relevant for current or future technologies. No fully functional labs, outdated machines and some machines are not working. There is no regular lab class and if have then you will write the practical file intesd of learning about machines.

I like the faculty of Gyan ganga college of Technology. They are very good.
I like the campus of college and it is very clean comparing to other institutes.
I like the placement given by our college and also rate of placement.

Dislikes

There is nothing about my college which I disliked
i like everything about my college and it is very good

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester studentd are eligible for placement in companies like google microsoft cisco etc. the highest package is 51 lpa and average package is 3.5 lpa. percentage of students getting placed 70%. i plan to get a high package after comnpleting my degree

Faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful in academics , exam, and projects. Teaching focuses on fundamentals and practical understanding
The campus has good classrooms , labs , library, and sports facilities .The environments is friendly and suitable for learning.
The placement cell is active and provides training for aptitudes, and interviews. The curriculum is relevant and helps builds a strong technical base.

Dislikes

Industry exposure and live projects opportunities can be improved .
More companies can be invited for placements

Likes

The clubs in the college are good. There are specific club for coding , for robotics, for music and dance.
The placement in the college is also good . If you give some efforts then you will get a good placement.
The curriculum and syllabus of the college is up-to-date and industry oriented.

Dislikes

The college did not have its own campus, so currently it regulates from inside MANIT.
The girls to boys ratio is very poor. In my batch there are only 18 girls among 650 students.
The fees of the college is also very high

Placement Experience:

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

Best IIIT in terms of campus life as it has over 150 acres of lush green campus with almost every amenities.
College has been improving its recent cultural status and activities by organizing events like Infotsav- Annual Tech fest. The girls to boys ratio is around 1:5 which is decent.
all faculties are phD holders and highly qualified in their respective domain.

Dislikes

Course curriculum is little bit on a harder side especially grading schemes. Some profs may deliberately give low grades.
not that great alumini network despite being the oldest iiit
semester lasts for only 4 months which may prevent many club events and exploration

Placement Experience:

For 4 yr courses, on campus placement drive begins in 7th sem and occur in 2phases in 7th and 8th sem. For 5 yr courses, the same in 9th and 10th sem. In 2025, All tech giants like, google(16 selected), oracle(5 selected), microsoft(3 selected), de-shaw(3 selected), groww(10 selected), american express(10 selected), Nutanix (6 selected), amazon (8 selected). Highest domestic was by de-shaw 67 lpa to 3 students. average package of cse was 27lpa , it+mtech 29lpa and it+mba 28 lpa. 214 students were placed out of 224 registered with a perecentage of 95 %.

I really like cleanliness in washroom and also in the college. I really like trees in college.
Faculty was really good and my subject teacher was teaching in a right way.
In this college the boys and girls in the ratio of 3:1.

Dislikes

Uniform is not allow in this college. I have no many clothes to wear day by day.
I don't like college timing. In winter season timing was not good.
Our campus is very small. And college fest is very less in this college.

Placement Experience:

In 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited in this college like Wipro, Cisco, infosys, etc. Highest package in this college is 20 lakhs. Average package is 5 lakhs My plans after getting the degree is getting good job.

Before checking any college I gave CET exam to get admission in DAVV IMS campus, But my ranking was very low, Therefore I started looking for other MBA colleges. I visited Prestige institute but the fees is high and they need cmat, which I didn't gave therefore I checked for Bansal College. Bansal college is not only providing me the fee waiver but also provide the free bus facilities as well. This is understandable that the college is 25 km far from my location but it was the time to explore everything. I applied to IPS academy nor and acropolis Indore and got confirmed both of them but I rejected those because of very extensive fee structures and costly fees I apply to Sushila Devi Bansal College due to the difference in the fees of these colleges compared to them Sushila Devi Bansal College was very economic in my college the admission process is very simple after passing 12th exams you can directly go to the college to apply for admission and based on your percentage you will be given whatever branch you are eligible for if you are percentage is more than 60 or 65% you can easily apply for CS computer science branch you can apply for other courses like civil engineering and mechanical engineering and you have to pay 5000 during to confirm your admission...Read More

A balanced and Review : the good and the bad
