Exciting life at beautiful campus.

The colleges I first applied were all affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University campus Meerut only. The college-like Meerut College, where I first applied, and my reason for not attending was that they didn't provide me with the exact course I wanted, which was then provided by Chaudhary Charan Singh University campus itself. As I belong to a commerce background, perhaps I wanted to do professionals in commerce, which was a bachelor in commerce honors which my university provided. Talking about the admission process it wasn't much big of a deal as the registration form was released online and I registered myself after my board's result was released. The criteria were entirely merit-based, a decent result will do and will confirm your seat on campus. As there are 120 seats in total so students with less percentage would not be able to make it. There was no such counseling day.

The course curriculum is excellent. The structure around which our course is designed is helpful without any pressure and moreover, all the important subjects are covered already. The subjects which are taught are really important for the future and are really taught very well by our excellent faculty and teachers. Talking about the student: faculty ratio, I must say it is one of the most appropriate ratios ever seen. As we study 4 subjects in one semester so the ratio is about 4:60, as there are 60 students in one section and there are 2 sections which make it 120 students in all. Moreover, our extra curriculum subjects such as computer classes and personality development classes include two more professional teachers. The teachers are highly educated with decent designation, they all have a unique way of teaching their subjects in a most easy way. They complete their course perfectly as it is a semester-based program and the exams could be passed with sincerity in classes and hard work.

The placement process at the campus starts from the 5th semester that is, third-year pursuing students, they are all eligible for the placement cum counseling sessions held on the campus. The companies like KPMG, Dabur organizes their recruitment process. But more importantly, campus pays attention for the future studies and gain more and more knowledge than to have a job. The counseling process is entirely based on guiding the students to pursue higher education and have knowledge about their specific fields and then opt for a nice designated job rather than a normal job after graduation. My plans after my graduation completion are to pursue the post-graduation as it will open more doors of opportunities for my future growth.

There is no fee hike policy at Chaudhary Charan Singh University. The fees structure is quite simple and any form of payment is accepted, either by the cash or demand draft. The fee is approximately 26000 INR for the single year which makes it approximately 72000 INR for the whole three-year course. After which, certain scholarships are also available for the students every year. The government has provided their own scholarship scheme named " Pradhan Mantri Scholarship/ chhatravati yojna " for all the students to avail themselves. There are certain placements and campus recruitment which can be availed by the students pursuing the third year of their College. As second-year students, we are yet to avail this opportunity.

Life at Chaudhary Charan Singh University is really delightful. The agreeing environment of the campus is what makes the journey all the more pleasant. The amenities provided are very satisfying such as the hygiene and the cleanliness maintained by the workers. The classrooms are big and accomodating, they are really very airy and have excellent cross ventilation. The campus has different libraries allotted for different departments. In addition to that, it also has a main Libra which is accessible to everyone. The Libraries are full of newly released journals and all the basic books necessary for a student apart from the course books, several knowledge stories and biographies are also available. The campus also promotes various social activities, events, sports, and many fests also keep happening in the college. An activity named SHARK TANK was held for the promotion of marketing strategies. Several social groups are also formed for the betterment of students.
