Remarks

There are many Gujarat University College i have applied for and i For this university I got a suggestion from one of my Friends and i tried to apply by paying 500rs addmission fees. There is no quota for me. The addmission criteria for getting addmission is. Minimum 70% in 10th and 12th and personal interview. The process starts with filling addmission form and with that we have to give a summary of ourselves and i have written one essay base ob that i got a call for a personal interview. After getting addmission there was 3 test of computer, maths, and English to decide our capabilities after that they provide some basic course if we fail to pass the exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because i have to do a master's and from this college, i was getting the opportunity to pursue 5 yr course. There are many faculty and TA to guide students. The teacher are very qualified and the teaching methods are very unique and nice. There are regularly assignment and Quiz and there was 2 exam midterm and End term.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have done 3 internship in my college career. 1st one is in NGO ( akashya patra) Intern. Stipend 3000rs project- Flight 2018. 2Nd in NJ WEALTH PVT.LTD. stipend 6000 job role Sales project- to study the financial position of salaried employee in the state of Gujarat. 3rd in the Real estate ( Skyang developers) stipend 10,000rs. Job role Sales. Project- Study the condition of Real estate after Covid.

Placement Experience

From the penultimate sem the students are eligible for the placement process. The company like American Bank, HDFC, Some IT companies and many more. The average pack is of 4.5 to 5 lacs per annum. Almost 90% of students get placed. My plan is to study abroad to gain some advance knowledge.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no fees hike. There are many scholarships available. There are need base scholarship given to students that are financially not stable. There are many internship that i got from college and maximum stipend i got is 10,000rs.

Campus Life

There are many fest that our University organize as we have almost 9 to 10 different Clubs of different activites. The main Fest that our university conduct is Youth Fest. There are almost 2 library in one campus and mostly one can find each and every book they require. The class is fully Air conditioner, table, chair, CCTV, and projectors, mic and audio system. Every Wednesday after 2 we have an extracurricular activities on Campus. Many clubs and that are handled and created by students. One can find all the list on College portal..

Interview Experience

I don't remember the topic exactly but it was of current affairs ( demonetization) and the interview is based on basic concepts of 9th to 12th std and general knowledge. I have prepared for this around by going through all the topics and concepts and make a note of all so that it becomes easy for me to revise.

I did not like ahmedabad dranage system because of that we facing of water problem in rainy season

All the student are placed in a collage the placement percentage is 100% . more than 100+ companyes are come for placement soo that all the student are plced and get ther dream job for working proffesion . After summer internship program the company are start coming for a placement

A great start to my PGDM journey

Likes

I like the friendly and comfortable environment. Here you can interact with students and others
Faculty members are supportive They give us opportunities to interact and ask questions during sessions.
I like the campus and the activities conducted for students They give us opportunities to learn Outside regular classes

Dislikes

One thing that needs to be approved as waterlogging during rainy season because water gets collected around the campus and it gets difficult for the students to move around comfortably, specially for hostel students
Sometimes the schedule can get tiring back-to-back classes in sessions
I feel there should be more space for students in campus during breaks. They can go sit and learn their.

The curriculum is relevant to management and covers different areas that are useful for a PGDM student. It includes classroom learning along with practical activities. it is useful for understanding real world concepts. so far, I find the course structure Interesting and helpful

Great Learning Experience with good placement

The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. the campus environment is positive, with good infrastructure, industry exposure, regular guest lectures, and helpful placement assistance.

Placement Experience:

the college has a good placment cell and provides training through apititude tests, mock interview, and soft skill sessions. many reputed companies visit the campuse. Studensts become eligible for placement in the final, and the overall placement supporte is helpful for career growth.

Likes

there is a faculty is very supportive and always ready to guide students academically
the curriculum is practical and includes case studies , presentations those help me developing real world business skill
placement cell also provides training and support for internship and final placements

Dislikes

college sports facilities are less also the monsoon season some we are face some of problems

The faculty members are helpful and explain the topics in a simple and practical way.

Dislikes

The academic schedule is sometimes very busy, which gives students less free time.
There are many assignments and presentations, which can become difficult to manage sometimes.

The palcement oppotunities Many companies visit the campus and offer jobs area like marketing, finance, HR and sales. The college also provide palcements training, interview prepration and guideance to students. The salary package depends on the comapny, job role and student performance.

the fee structure of the mba is very less compared to the other colleges
good classmates because people come from cmat and topppes only get admission
placements are good if you are satisfied with 6/7 lakhs a year

Dislikes

infrastructure of the campus is very poor
the faculties are average except one two, more from a teaching bg rather than corporate experience.
for me the average package is less, and some people also left by getting placed

Placement Experience:

good placements, avg is 6.5/7 ctc and in hand avg goes arounf 5 lpa, highest 17 lpa, lowest 4 lpa, median should be around 5 lpa, this is as per my batch(batch 23-25) it is similar in other batches and 80/90% students get placed easily if they are good and the placement cordinator also try to get the rest placed where the batch have achieves 100% almost every year. there are options after college if you dont get placement from college because it is core mba with subjects marketing finance and hr.

Ahmedabad University - Beautiful Campus,

The college accepts scores of JEE mains as well as ACPC (GUJCET + 12th board marks). usually 50% sets for both quotas. 50% of seats through ACPC are occupied by the state counseling process, and 50% of seats through JEE are done by the college itself, in that, they invite for PI but I don't think it matters much, your JEE score will matter in that case.
