In 2020 as it the covid-19 period the admission process was online . So I contacted the Chandigarh University Help Department to know the details of the University . The help they provided was very good and the details they gave were correct. After some days they guided me on how to pay the admission charges so to book our seat at the Chandigarh University. They have their own site named CUIMS where students have to pay their fees, can see their timetable, event, and college update notification, examination date, attendance. After taking admission after a week there was an orientation program where students and parents had to attend the program where they will get more details of the University.
Course Curriculum Overview
I took admission in Covid -19 period so I never went to university so I could not describe faculty members. I took Biotechnology as my career subject. I found it interesting in the school days. In Chandigarh University they have every semester different subjects. Which is very good for students to know the difference between subjects. The course is divided into 3 classes. In each classes, there are 60 students.
Internships Opportunities
Mostly in every college and university, the internship program starts from the 2nd year. You can apply online from Internshala or most of the colleges and universities recommend by themselves to do Internships from these companies. It is not that we have to do at least some number of internships. It's the students who choose the number of internships they want to do he can. Some internships are paid and some are free. But the main important thing to learn from the internship is not only to have a number of certificates for your resume.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of Biotechnology in Chandigarh University is Rs88000/- per year including examination fees and Club activities. During the time of admission Chandigarh University ask to apply for CUCET examination so that students can get scholarship according to the marks obtained in examination which is valid for 1 year only. After that no scholarship will be given to . Every years more than 60+ companies visit Chandigarh University for each course . Even more than 50+ Internship companies visit Chandigarh University.
Campus Life
I took admission in 2020 and it was the Covid-19 period so I never went to the University so I cannot describe the life of campus. Yes but I heard that the lifestyle over there change and students took admission in Chandigarh University.
Hostel Facilities
I took admission in 2020 and that's the Covid-19 year so I never went to The University. I cannot give reviews without knowing how it actually looks like. I am very sorry for not giving review on this topic.
