Remarks
Since BBA is vocational course anyone who had completed his/her 12th can apply for. Minimum cumulative percentage required for this course is 50% in 12th Boards. Admission process was quite simple, first you have to register, then fill the form later you would be shortlisted among all the applicants, then you have to give a interview, and lastly the selection list, and there will be a chance of 2nd list. For BBA you have many options in ranchi, but as we know BBA is an expensive course than most theoretical courses like Bcom, etc, yet Xavier's provides this at a reasonable fees because other good colleges like BIT MESRA, AMITY etc, are almost double expensive. And Xaviers is known for its academics and discipline. Also you get a great campus with all facilities like canteen, gym, parking, hostel, library and many more.
Course Curriculum Overview
Academics here is totally fine you get proper faculties they are well posted and also they provide enough support. People say that the BBA course is weak in studies but here i find that BBA is also taken very seriously and respectfully. Exams are properly organised along with the other course. Total 6 semesters in 3 years with a proper gaps in between. Exams were fair, not that hard not that easy.
Internships Opportunities
We often get internship offers for HR, SALES EXECUTIVE, etc Don't except very good companies in terms of internships as this is not that expensive college which would provide well-known companies. Projects like interviewing as a HR, selling or promoting products as a sales executive are frequently provided.
Placement Experience
It can vary but mostly in 3rd-semester students become eligible for placement. Also whole 3 years college will suggest internships and all. Placements are decent. If you are good at studies there is really good chances. 20-30% of the strength particularly in this course can get campus placements. Package is low but fair in terms of BBA starting from 20-25k per month
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are pretty much transparent, Yearly 60-70k for BBA varies little bit according to caste. Every semester you have to pay examination fee which will be around Rs.700-800 And they give you the option for instalment payment in two division per year
Campus Life
In terms of programs, Xavier's is popular for it's Xavier's Utsav, apart from this there are several programs are organised for all fields during the year so no issues in that. Campus is big not really big but big enough, and consists of huge ground for sports purpose there 2 are basket ball courts, proper staircases, lifts also available. I think it has everything a college this expensive should have maybe even more but not less. Cleanliness is top notch.
