Remarks

You should pass 12th class with at least 75% and you should get a good rank in eamcet. I think for oc the cutoff is around 30,000 and for the other categories, it varies. And there are b-category seats too. You can apply them by watching notifications. I think the application fees of eamcet is very low and it varies according to your caste. I think the college fees are around 78000+ another 20000 for accreditation, labs, and all that. If you want you can go to the college hostel. Which may cost from 6500 to 13000 per month. we can find the application form at the Telangana government inter portal.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose this course because cse is one of the best courses in engineering and also for this college the placement percentage and packages are very good compared to others. The student teacher's interactions are very good. The teaching methods and labs are good and understandable. Almost every teacher is a Ph.D. holder for sure. Term exams are very much on time. Unless there is something very important the timetable is not gonna change. we should be through with the syllabus as it is gonna be tough if we don't study properly. we have a student to teacher ratio of 15:1.

Internships Opportunities

4

There are so many companies that give internships with stipends. We can go as interns and learn some topics in that company. I think this is very useful for students. Companies like Capgemini, cognizant, Rakuten, and others gave internships. the stipend is about 8-9 thousand and the tenure period is about 3-6 months.it varies depending upon the student's skills and the company's preferences. some of the projects our seniors worked on are artificial intelligence, working on a color detector by python, ice cream machine using electrical components and coding, front& back end developments, and creating apps using REACT technology. some of them got permanent jobs in that company because of the success in their projects and the skills they possess.

Placement Experience

4.5

From 3rd-year 2nd-semester students are eligible for placements. We can go to internships which are very useful. The lowest package is 3or 4 lakhs and the highest is 13.8 lakhs as of 2021. There are almost 40 companies that visited our college and the placement rate is about 80% in 2021 I think the placement rate is increasing but not at all decreasing. almost every student with no backlogs will get placed for sure with a good annual package.I think i will work if I get a good job or else I will go for higher studies we can get a decent package if we don't have any backlogs. companies like Amazon, Rakuten, dell, brillo, OpenText, turing minds, KPIT,info gain are the top recruiters in terms of the number of students selected. which is pretty good for an infamous women's college.

Fees and Financial Aid

I really did not get any scholarship or any kind of benefits since my parents are govt. employees and I did not get my seat on the reservation. But I really think there is some scholarship for people who study well. the quality of the education is very good so the fees are reasonable for that purpose. we can get scholarships if we fulfill the criteria of the given conditions. if you are staying in the hostel we have more expenses than any other person apart from hostel fees we are probably gonna spend around 5 thousand. but it depends on the person.

Campus Life

4

www.stanley.edu.in this is the college website. You can check everything here. We have clubs for dancing, languages, arts and every possible club probably. We have a freshers party and everything. we have occasions like traditional day, children's day, teachers day and some tech festivals. we have class representatives for each class to hold the responsibilities of that particular section. we do have sports equipment like cricket ball & bat, table tennis, shuttle, tennis, baseballs, football, soccer and etc..,. we have a Stanley Instagram page which is run by students. we have a very big library in the block of our college which has lots of books. we have several copies of each book so that students can lend the books. we have a book bank scheme in our college. which allows us to take the required books for each semester and we should return the after the end of each semester.which is pretty much good scheme for students so that we don't have to struggle with textbooks.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

We have geaser for every floor. and a wifi rooter for each and every floor in the hostel. There are no restrictions on going to college.it is our wish. Food is good most of the time. But there is no dhobi we should wash our own clothes. Better go for the college hostel. because we don't have any good hostels nearby. And the nearby ones are not good. And u cant rent a flat because it is very difficult here to get a room here. So go for the college hostel for sure. the locality is abids the hostel is just beside our college. the college hostel is not so pocket friendly but we have to stay regardless of that due to less availability of hostels nearby . we don't have hostels nearby which are good. one or the other some facility is gonna be missing. we should reserve a bed by paying the reservation fees. the food quality is ok here. the lunch is pretty bad though. we have washrooms, fans, washbasins, racks in each and every room we have separate cots

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Placement Experience:

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals, meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
