Due to the small campus sitting places are very small
Hostel facilities and rooms are very poor.

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. The Techno Experience

Likes

Practical Exposure with hands on training is always good for personal growth
The laboratories were well equipped with state of the art instruments
Entrepreneurship was encouraged and it really helped us with designing future start ups.

Dislikes

Lack of scholarships for the needy is one thing that needed to be worked on.
There was a distinct lack of encouragement to pursue extracurricular activity.
Sometimes it felt like it would have helped if we had a mental health counsellor onboard with the department.

Placement Experience:

Techno India University has a strong campus placement. Several students got jobs during the last semester, and I am one of them. Some others choose to wait for better opportunities. Some joined good startups. The package was nominal as we were all freshers. After getting my degree, I planned to pursue corporate experience and then join a lab for my PhD.

Sidho Kanho Birsha University-[SKBU], Master of Science [M.Sc] (Chemistry)

Reviewed on Nov 10, 2024(Enrolled 2023)

My thoughts on our beloved Sidho Kanho Birsha University.

Likes

The most I liked about my university is the infrastructure and availability of facilities for our studies.
Second thing I like are our professors . They help us in every aspect of our educational or personal life .
Third thing I like the most is my batchmates who gives me encouragement for pursuing my studies.

Dislikes

The university is a bit far from the Purulia city . So the connectivity is a problem.
I think if we get some extra hours of the lab facilities, that will be great.
Water purifier are available in some of the floors I think the number should be increased.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement of our university is quite good and it is getting better day by day. Especially our chemistry department is doing great in this field. Last year our dept almost hit 100% placements and the highest package was of 5 lpa. I am planning to peruse my PhD after MSc.

The Holistic Review of an Ex-Student

Currently, Adamas University is the best ranked private university in the whole eastern india and ranks in top 10 in all over India. Though, the most important perks is not the ranking, the ambience and the atmosphere that the institution provides with the facilities, services and skills is something to die for. This institution feel make you feel like you are in home even though you are not. The admission process is to take the Adamas University Entrance Test and then if you qualify it with then with the marks obtained in it and class 12 would be the requirements for the admission....Read More

An honest review from 2nd year student

I went to another University namely brainware university Kolkata but there I didn't found all needful thing in sufficient enough like that don't have proper laboratory and field for agriculture practical work. So when I visited Adams University I saw that they have enough amount of land for practical work of agriculture and they have all those needful things which are needed for the agriculture and experiment moreover the university help us in every step in continuing our practical works so ultimately my rating to the university is 8 out of 10 Well the admission process is to take admission there conduct their own entrance examination in which we need to secure more than 55% to get admission and if we secure more than 85% then we will get 50% discount from 1st semester and many other offers like early bird or where we can get 20000 off ....Read More
