Remarks

Well talking about the admission criteria then there must be minimum of 55% marks in 12th and there will be a glacet test but that is just formality and everyone gets admission here easily if you pay the fee. Now talking about scholarship provided by GLA, So if you got 80-89.99 % in 12th then scholarship will be 25k. And if you got 90-94.99% in 12th then scholarship will be 33k. And if you got 95-100% in 12th then scholarship will be 60k. And talking about JEE Main score, Then if your percentile is 85-89.99 then scholarship will be 20k And if your percentile is 90-94.99 then scholarship will be 37k. And if your percentile is 95-100 then scholarship will be 74k. And Dates of admission are not specific too because you may get admission even after the commencement of classes.

Course Curriculum Overview

GLA is very punctual in case of exam dates. They have academic calendar and everything happens according to that Calendar. There are 2 terms in a semester. Mid term and End term. Mid term of 30 marks and End term of 50 marks. Level of toughness is average. We can say it is too easy to pass the exams and little bit difficult to score max marks. I have chosen this course CSE because GLA is known for CSE. It's computer science department is good enough for any private college. Students ratio is Boys:Girls::65:35. Most of the faculties are well qualified with some exceptions.

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students become eligible for placements and nearly 250 students got placed before 4th year. A lot of companies visit to GLA like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, By hatke, tech Mahindra, tekecion and lot more... Nearly all students of CSE got placement here at GLA. Many students have 3-4 job offers. Highest package offered 32lpa and average package 6lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee for BTech CSE normal is 170k per annum approx. And for specialization like IOT, AIML, CSF, Cloud Computing. Yes GLA provides scholarship for meritorious students. And your scholarship will continue if you get more than 80% in every year.

Campus Life

A lot of annual fests are organised here at GLA. Classroom for 1st year are amazing and with new technologies. And for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year they are average. Library is decent and opens till 12 in the night. Sports activities are also good. But only 4 courts of badminton. Literario club , ninad and e-cell are some of the many clubs run by students. Basically a lot of fun is in GLA Campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel and mess facilities are good. But hostel charges are too high. Mess charges are extremely fine. Here mess works on no profit no loss and menu is made by students. Cleanliness is good in hostel but then also hostel charges can not be justified.

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Likes

There is the rich infrastructure Campus , Air Conditioned Classrooms and the labs campus is lush and ecofriendly.
Sports Activity are the great , there are too any ongoing activities in different time interval.

Dislikes

The Education system lacks a little bits as the teachers leaves the institute in a short period time , like end of the semester.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester the student are eligible for the campus placement . The companies visited are mainly non-tech with expection of the very few tech compaies like CODT Technologies , Axiom Technology , Delta , Kloudcodey , Seccon etc and the offer were made around 3-4 per student which fet selected in the company selection interview.

College timing i hate it giming is from 9am to 5pm till your 3rd year and in 4th year only 3 days classes are there...
Management of college is not so much good it is okay okay..
Fest and freshers are also okay okay in this college...

Not so big companies are cone for campus placement you should must have to try for off campus if you want a good for on campus only sales companies are come here and some tech companies are also come....

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.
