Overview Of SKCE ( Baghpat)

1. To take admission in B.ed you should have bachelor or master degree in any discipline. Should have 50% in graduation or post graduation. For Sc and St candidates 45% is mandatory to take admission. 2. IP CET qualified. To apply for CET you can visit to Ipu.ac.in where you find registration link from there you registered yourself for the exam. The fees would be Rs1200 for registration and later on Rs 1000 for counseling process. Usually forms out in month of Feb- March month. 3. Reservation benefits are not such but yes there are scholarship benefits:- a) E district merit cum means provided by Delhi govt. b) Ipu EWS scheme provided by Ip University I think there is no need of improvement in admission process as it is fair and smooth. One will get the college in counselling process according to rank in CET so higher the rank, best college will be provided to the student. * There is also the facility of management qouta in IP University colleges.

I chose the B.ed course as it was my interest in teaching and my passion to educate kids. I had taken admission in this college in 2020. Due to covid pandemic we won't get a chance to visit our college.Actually this SKCE college provides all learning and internship from their Delhi Office, Shahdara. Our main college is in Baghpat but truly we don't visit to college. We have provided only offline classes in delhi Mig office. There were only 40 students and three teachers. All faculty were well qualified but there were shortage of manpower and teachers. So three teachers teaches us all the six subjects in first sem. And later on teachers ratio goes down and only two teachers in second and so on. So in thsi college we have not provided quality education.They don't even complete our syllabus. Exams were on time in online proctored mode in first sem, promoted in second sem, internship was not provided due to covid in third sem. And now in fourth sem may be there would be offline exams.

-The fee structure in our college is 70000 per year including tuition fees. The overall best thing is that scholarship is provided to all categories ( general,sc,st OBC). Name of scholarship 1.Merit cum means scholarship for higher education aid trust:- site E district of Delhi * 100 % scholarship to students having Ration card of Delhi * 50% scholarship to students having income less than 2 lakh. * 25% scholarship to students having income above 2 Lakh. * No backlogs will be considered and 60% marks is mandatory. 2. IPU EWS scholarship which is provided by Ip university. There is interview process in this scholarship. Note:- Only one scholarship is provided no matter you have filled both. Mostly e district scholarship is provided in case you have filled both of them. - There is placement facility in B.ed course.

The life on our campus is so dull and boring in SKCE as we had taken admission in covid time so we don't get chance for internshi, no fest even no orientation only small celebration on New Year for this also we all contributed and celebrate it. From college side there is no functions and fest. * Small classroom as I had mentioned we have provided class from Delhi not Baghpat so class has been organised in Mig in delhi. Physical infrastructure was good but not spacious enough for more than 35 students. Due to covid there were organisation of co- Curricular activities in online mode like debate, yoga, lohri, independence day. But before this our seniors have celebrated these ocassions in college. In college there is seperate rooms for these types of activities and big hall but in delhi office there is no such facilities.. - library in college, best books in college not in delhi where we had provided classes - No clubs, excursions, tours.....etc.
