Entrance Preview
Eligibility is nothing but a relevant score in 12th and you can appear for the exam that is conducted at the time of admission and that is absolutely optional which is why nobody is interested in appearing for it as you will get admission anyhow without even giving that test.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are a total of fourteen economics core courses that students are required to take across six semesters. All the core courses are compulsory. In addition to core courses in economics, a student of B.A. (Hons.) Economics will choose four Discipline Specific Elective (DSE) Courses.
Internships Opportunities
College helps you get an industry exposure but no internships are provided they do not get any companies to recruit the students as interns.
Placement Experience
Placements were good for our batch as well as for our seniors. Many good companies had come into the college to recruit students. We even had placement cell in our college and they conduct workshops with well-known corporate leaders once in a month.
College Events
Conferences, guest lectures, mentorship programs, all help students to grow holistically. We have an advisory board consisting of experienced members of various industries. So we do visit the industries.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is reasonable according to the quality of education that they provide. Additionally, there are hostel charges which also are genuine as far as the rooms and the food are concerned.

Yes, there are scholarships availed by the meritorious students. It will be only applicable to students getting minimum required percentage for admission.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the college is a beauty. Amazing facilities from the management side. Rules and regulations are all in appropriation. Required help is always available wherever needed. Students, however, need to be more committed to using all the available opportunities. The campus is far from the city and is very peaceful. We are allowed to go out whenever we require.
Hostel Facilities
You could spend time chatting, lounging in the common room, or studying with friends. You will be sharing a room with a classmate in one of the residence halls while learning from all around the world. You could come into a residential programme that helps you make the most of every University moment.
Alumni/Alumna
Amazing seniors and a lot helpful as they provided their notes, their assignments and everything of our use which made it pretty easier to survive, they also gave us tips on how to deal with the everyday situations.
Exam Structure
We have so many evaluations apart from the exams, and then for the exams we need to have minimum 50% attendance otherwise you won't be allowed to sit for the exams.
Faculty
The faculty at Ashoka is excellent as they impart not only the theoretical knowledge but also the practical knowledge to the students. The teachers have wide knowledge and experience in the corporate sector and have even published many books for Harvard also.
