Remarks

The eligibility of the course was +2. I attended a CGET entrance exam in which you have to score a minimum of 70 percent overall to take admitted to the college. There is also one other option to take admission over here is direct admission

Course Curriculum Overview

As I have chosen an electrical branch as I was too much interested in the electrical field. The faculty over here are two experienced over knowledge. The teaching method is very well as they are many types of learning experiences like e classes and different labs for every class. As you are in engineering the exams will be ultimate difficult only but the faculty over here are very helpful to gain knowledge over the course.

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Placement Experience

For 7 semesters students are eligible for the campus placement. You are too many CS companies visit every year for the foreign students to give placements which some of the companies are Tata Wipro etc

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is a little bit high and the cost of the study is also but they are too much of scholarships we will be provided by the college. Some of the scholarships are like e Kalyan and many other policies by the Odisha Government for the education of engineering.

Campus Life

4.5

The annual faced over here. is elegance. The availability of books is too much as there is a two-floor which is full of books which you can publish daily. There is a cricket ground volleyball court badminton court basketball court and three different lawns where you can enjoy your three times in the campus without getting bored and they are many social activities clubs gym which is run by students and the college

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Yeah three different hostels in which a lot of facilities are provided like AC CUPBOARD washing machine etc. The menu of the college consists of all types of food North Indian South Indian spicy and food quality is also good. The registration process for the hostel facilities is available in accountant area.

Hostel Fee: INR 72000 per year

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

An Honest Look at Life and Learning at CV Raman Global University

I chose CV Raman Global University over some other colleges I applied to mainly because it offered my preferred course with reasonable fees, decent infrastructure and an acceptable placement record. I had also applied to a few government and well-known private colleges, but I could not secure admission there due to higher cutoffs, strong competition and rank limitations in entrance exams. Compared to those colleges, CVRGU provided quicker confirmation, flexible admission timelines and a clear course structure, which made the decision easier. The admission process was smooth and student-friendly, based on eligibility criteria like minimum marks in Class 12 for UG courses, and it accepts exams such as JEE Main along with merit-based admissions. Most students prefer JEE Main, though cutoffs are moderate compared to top-tier colleges. Overall, the admission experience was straightforward, with proper guidance from the admission office and minimal complications....Read More

Talking about placements then student will get fair opportunity but the thing is that if your score is less than 60% in 10th or 12th then you were not eligible for the campus drive .
