Remarks

The managment is good it have to be more better I think they need can be much better then the now so we can have a still better teaching and administrative

CET examination,my uncle suggestion that its a good college with every feature so I liked to join this college,as expected the college is very nice with basic infrastructure and everything available for the student

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is very nice we have a year plan not the semister vise so we didnt get any problem entire year but we have problems regarding the university where the examination sections were not gud in rajiv gandhi university of health science then we have a good examination or internals in the college

Internships Opportunities

GPAT is the exam which provide sthe stipend to the master degree students but the regular bachelor students will not get any stipends

The companies like abbott,lotus are the pharmaceutical companies came to intership they have taken some students of this college so the students growing here have a good ability,other companies have to be serched by the students to get,the bigger opportunities

No quiries we just submitted our records and got admission ,there no issue if we have a proper records or files If we dont have it then the problems should be faced by the student and administrative is very nice no worry about our records then everything is gud in this college ,I have glad to join this government college of pharmacy

The faculty is not much attractive to the students they just go on in their standard view but if they were started to have their students in higher position they have a greater capability and they should get rid of their dignity and get starting to their work

Likes

The faculty is highly knowledgeable and supportive. They teach from standard reference books which builds a very strong, industry-ready foundation for our B.Pharma careers.
Our campus life is highly engaging and collaborative.I love how active our extracurriculars are.
The college infrastructure is excellent. We have spacious, well-equipped, and hygienic laboratories. Additionally, the active placement cell offers great support for career advancement and internships.

Dislikes

The academic schedule and attendance policies are extremely strict. While it is good for discipline, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming and leaves us with less free time during the weekdays.

Placement Experience:

Since I am currently in my first year (2nd semester), I have not directly participated in the campus placement drives yet. However, based on interactions with our seniors and the faculty, students typically become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester (final year). The college has a highly active and dedicated placement cell that works hard to bring in reputed pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Organizations like Apollo Pharmacy, Cipla, and Sun Pharma are known to recruit from our campus. The profiles offered to B.Pharma graduates generally include roles in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical Data Management. From what we have been informed, the average package offered to freshers is around ₹3,00,000 per annum, with the highest packages going up to ₹4,50,000 to ₹5,000,000 per annum, depending on the recruiting company and the student's academic performance. A strong majority, roughly 70% to 80% of the students who actively participate in the placement process, successfully secure job offers. As for my personal plans after completing this degree, I aim to join the pharmaceutical industry to gain practical experience, ideally in clinical research or pharmacovigilance. Eventually, I plan to pursue a Master's degree (M.Pharm) to further specialize and advance my career in the healthcare sector.

Memories with college life

Likes

I personally like way of staff teaching and communicate
The fees structure is very affordable compare to other college
Celebrate fest every year for 15 days included sports

Dislikes

I doesn't like that there is no campus placement
The lab equipments are not more enough to use
The senior junior interaction is not as good i expected

The curriculum is very relevant and it introduce us about medicinal industry and social awareness about health. The fear about exam is real, but we can handle it , because of good teaching and support of faculty

Their is no such positive things in our college, building is good but not that much, we have many problems like no toilet, no good condition labs,no good lectures,no good management etc. But some lectures are very nice

There will be no intern options

For Bachelor in Pharmacy, admission is done on the basis of the rank obtained from Kcet (Karnataka CET) exam. And if the seats were left then those seats will be distributed on the basis of PU marks. For diploma in pharmacy also the seats are given on the basis of Kcet and merit. I chose this college over many other colleges because its the one and only government college of pharmacy in Karnataka. And knowledge can be acquired much because of strict examinations and faculty. Goods- there's a good environment with friends and all for studies and the certificate from government college is more valuable for placements and all. Bads- you cannot enjoy college life much as compared to private colleges (one can understand how GOVERNMENT colleges will be). This college belongs to the Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences and the website is rguhs.in. and you can access to all notifications about colleges on that website only.
