Andhra University Experience

Andhra University is one of India's oldest universities. Dr C.V. Raman is a graduate of the college. Admission is granted based on AUCET, AUEET, and EAMCET scores, as well as academic performance. The admissions procedure is simple. The admission form is available on the college's official website. I met the college cutoff, so I had to attend counselling and the PI round in the university to safeguard my seat in the selected programme, which I did and was able to do.

The college's curriculum is excellent and up to date with industry standards, rules, and regulations. The curriculum is intended to provide us with all of the fundamentals as well as current knowledge, as well as to assist us in developing our innovative skills. The college faculty is excellent and cooperative. Faculty members are highly qualified and well-trained. The faculty have completed their PhD programmes and have research experience from prestigious Indian universities. The disadvantage is that the faculty is relatively small.

The college has an excellent internship programme, and we must participate in it if we are to participate in the college placement programme. Completing an internship is critical.

The college placement is satisfactory. If you are looking for a high-paying job, this is not the place to be. However, the college has a 90% placement rate. ISRO, IRS, DRDO, Wipro, HCL, TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, and Satyam are among the companies invited to the college's placement drive. The college's highest salary offer is 10 LPA, and the average salary offer is around 5 LPA. The college placement cell is staffed by seasoned professionals.

BTH Scholarship, Merit Social Welfare/Tribal Welfare Scholarships, Janmabhumi Post Matric Scholarship, AP Social Welfare Department, and other college scholarship schemes are some of the college scholarship programmes that help merit and SC/ST students.

College life is enjoyable. A badminton court, basketball court, and volleyball court are available at the college. The college library has a wide range of books available to us, as well as many international research journals. The college's infrastructure is in excellent condition. The classrooms are well-ventilated and large. The college seniors are very friendly, and the college staff is very professional and proactive in resolving any issues that arise.

The hostel has a common room with an LCD TV, a study room, and a basketball and volleyball court. The hostel mess food is delicious, and the menu is extensive. The rooms are completely furnished and well-ventilated. The hostel wardens are very professional, and the staff is extremely well trained. The hostel's discipline is up to standard. The hostel provides us with a wide range of amenities.
