No entrance exam conducted for admission in this course.My admission process is completely provisional.As a University admission is based on the marks of the students obtained in graduation.Minimum 50% required for the admission in the open category and 45% required for reserved category.

Course Curriculum Overview

This two-year full-time course is developed for Ministry of Health, Govt of India.This program is structured on a multidisciplinary curriculum with a focus on management of public health, demography, biostatistics, social sciences, health communication, Coursehealth management information system and all other related concepts.The course is very lengthy.We have to complete it in two years.

College Events

In the busy academic life, sometimes we get refreshed when events are conducted.All the events are enjoyable and at the same time from some events, we learn so many things.In Teachers Day we Students organize ourselves big events for giving tribute to our esteemed teachers.All of us in our department delivery speech about teachers hardworking and concern for us.We also arrange proper packet lunch for us and for the teachers.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships facilities are available from our college. All the scholarships are provided by the govt.But students who show good results in their overall academic career our teachers encourage him/her with a good amount of scholarships.Reserved category Students received caste scholarships from govt.Also, national and international players received scholarships from the govt.

Campus Life

The campus life in our college is awesome.All the classes are held regularly and in time.All Students have to maintain strict discipline inside the college campus.Classrooms are well equipped with every facility.A white board, proper sitting arrangements for both Teacher and Students.Teachers use LED with projector for making us more confident and easy to understand the concepts

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni are now working in various places and in various departments in Hospitals.But some of the alumni are still associated with Alumni association.Those who love their college and want to do something for the college are now also associated with as an Alumni.They always inspire us and motivate us for our future.I personally get much help from our Alumni association. .

I did not like ahmedabad dranage system because of that we facing of water problem in rainy season

All the student are placed in a collage the placement percentage is 100% . more than 100+ companyes are come for placement soo that all the student are plced and get ther dream job for working proffesion . After summer internship program the company are start coming for a placement

bussiness driven acedemics they teach exel, ppt, managerial behavior
mentor session every week in this they focus on student's personal growth

Dislikes

area like this based in shale ahmedabad where little rain can stop or affect the transportation

Placement Experience:

im persuing the colledge not get placed yet our seniour placements started and 30% palcements are done in their 3rd samister and every after 2-3 days someone comes from seniour to give the sweet for their celebartion on placement

Likes

Strong emphasis on real-world, practical applications over just theory.
The daily class timetable is well structured and very student friendly.
Many Clubs for Sports, and Extra Curricular activities.

Dislikes

The on campus drainage system is poor, leading to waterlogging during rains.
The mess lacks experienced cooks to properly preaire non-Gujrati food for students from other staters.
Location is far from city, so significant travel just for basics.

Placement Experience:

Placements of SBS are Good In terms of Long Term Exposure in the Industry. Students become Eligible for Campuse Placements after 5 Semester in SBS. Since I have recently Joined the SBS List of Companies Visted and No of offers they have made are unknown to me.

A great start to my PGDM journey

Likes

I like the friendly and comfortable environment. Here you can interact with students and others
Faculty members are supportive They give us opportunities to interact and ask questions during sessions.
I like the campus and the activities conducted for students They give us opportunities to learn Outside regular classes

Dislikes

One thing that needs to be approved as waterlogging during rainy season because water gets collected around the campus and it gets difficult for the students to move around comfortably, specially for hostel students
Sometimes the schedule can get tiring back-to-back classes in sessions
I feel there should be more space for students in campus during breaks. They can go sit and learn their.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant to management and covers different areas that are useful for a PGDM student. It includes classroom learning along with practical activities. it is useful for understanding real world concepts. so far, I find the course structure Interesting and helpful

The curriculum is AI generated, industry focused and practical learning through case studies and group projects.
The faculty and staff are very supportive, approachable and provide pre placement preparation.
The campus atmosphere is full of positive energy

Dislikes

During heavy rain the main road leading into shela becomes severely waterlogged
Public transport options directly to shela are limited
Canteen area is small due to which it becomes overcrowded during lunch hours

Placement Experience:

Shanti business school offers Summer Internship Program that is for 8 week and begins after semester 1. Final placement starts from semester 3 onwards. Some the recruiters at Shanti business school are Hindustan Unilever, Coco Cola, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, amazon etc. Highest package is 16 lakhs and average package is 8 lakh

My journey at SBS

Likes

The college has great infrastructure featuring spacious classrooms comfortable benches and power outlets at every desk for laptop charging
The faculties are expirenced, approachable, and providing hands-on practical knowledge
The sports facilities include well maintained outdoor grounds for major sports and indoor games

Dislikes

The transport facilities are not easily available other than uber/ola
Heavy rain often causes bad waterlogging around the campus. Making it hard to travel

Placement Experience:

After completing 1 year and summer internship program the students became eligible for campus placement Recently the ultratech and mygate companies visited after senior completed their SIP Highest package is 16.12 LPA and average package is 8.65 LPA After completing my degree from sbs, my plan is to step in corporate management role where can I apply my knowledge and skills and build my career and grow in leadership position.

Faculties are so supportive and familiar towards students, curricular is so good SBS just don't focus on academics but also focus on personality development which is so good for all the students who are part of this b-school

Likes

The faculty is excellent and all are PHD so that it shows the great qualified teachers in campus. The college provide mentoring session to students to tract academic performance.
The campus has good infrastructure with smart classrooms, WIFI, library, Computer labs, and a clean environment. Regular seminars, industry, interactions, and extracurricular activities make campus life engaging.
The placement cell conduct aptitude training, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and industry-workshops. The curriculum is industry-oriented and help students develop practical management skills

Dislikes

The college has one drawback is that college need to improve water quality of campus so that it is better for students who come from outside state.
The canteen menu can be improved to provide students with more food options.

Placement Experience:

The placement process is after you complete your intership in any company. The intership starts after your second semester and when you complete it you have pre placement offer so that candidate don't have so much strees to give a interview in new companies.many company visits in sbs like federal Bank,coca cola, asian paint, Kellogg's etc are come and recruite our brilliant candidate. More than students will place in many companies and it usually depends on students academic performance and interview. My plan after getting degree is to do job in MNC companies and make a valuable status.

A positive and practical PGDM experience at Shanti business School

Likes

The faculty member is supportive and explain concept refractive example, making the learning experience easier and more interesting
I like the friendly environment and opportunities to participate in presentation, event and group activities and other student activities
The courses provide a good combination of classroom of learning and practical exposure through project studies, presentation in industry related activities

Dislikes

The placement process can be approved for the more companies from different industries and providing more opportunities across various roles
More industries visit life project and interruption with corporate professionals would make the learning experience, even more practical
Some facilities and student abilities can be approved further to make the overall campus experience more comfortable and convenient

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant in well structured for a PGDM program. It covers important areas of management and provides a good combination of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. I choose this course because it first exposure to different areas of business and help and develop developing management skills.

I chose this college over the other colleges because it was affordable yet comforting to be in this college. I applied to other colleges as well such as mewar university and all but unlike them, i got immediate response from sumandeep leading to the assurance of being a responsible staff. I like how they werent rude to any kind and kindly answered every query of mine which led me to take admission in this college. My Review For Department Of Pharmacy & SVDU.

Hmm, nice question. I haven't applied for any college other than SVDU. But I would have liked to apply for the Parul University Nearby. But I choose this college because of it's atmosphere and study environment of the department which can't be given by other college. So, in the end, I ended up taking admission in SVDU, and I don't regret it. Hmm and as I said I never applied for other colleges because I was sure that this college will be good and best for me and it is that's why I got admission here. The admission process is, First, you have to register on their website portal. Then they will give you queue no. And than which course you are picking will call you and ask about your details and will give you specific date for the submission of the documents. And then you have to give advance checks for fees per sem and it's done you will get admission letter after some days and you are in. Eligibility is 12th pass with 50 percent in the science stream. The exams accepted are GUJCET and 12th board exams. The most preferred exam by students for admission here is GUJCET or 12th board exams.
