Remarks

Admission is very easy here. If you have the money, you can have admission there. There is no test or any kind of entrance exam. They are merely considering 10th and 12 marks. In my opinion, they should at least arrange an entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

2 internals are happening per semester. And externals. As a student outside of north India for me, it is very difficult to score marks. They are providing more marks for people whose mother tongue is Hindi. Though some teachers are really helpful and solve the issue of language.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities

1.5

There are a few companies that are providing internship opportunities to students. Some of them pay but some don't. Companies like Agri joy, its limited, etc have provided internship opportunity to students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is pretty costly. For this infrastructure and field, the fee should be 50 % of what it is now. There is no scholarship or stipend available for students. They are charging a very high fine even if we delay the fee for 1 day.

Campus Life

2.5

They are a lot of groups and clubs present in this college. But it will only be active during the beginning of a new academic year. They are giving importance to cricket. It is having good ground and a great opportunity for players.

A great place for memories, And build future

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is good and relevant to what we need to learn in agriculture. It covers both theory and practical work, like visiting the near by villages and people and learn their way of making profit

Alpine group a completely Good choice for Agriculture.

Likes

I liked the strong majors, good professors, and the classes that actually challenge and develop interest in you.
The collaborative, competitive , sporty and mixed campus vibes of the college.
Friendly people, good advisors and guiders , good menially supporting faculties about whom I heard and experienced.

Dislikes

It would be great if the college expand internship partnership with more local companies.

Placement Experience:

The college has consistent placement record , reflecting strong academic, industrial training exposure. The placement cell also provide guidance for further and better opportunities, I guess there is no college which give direct placement for agriculture, yes we get to collaborate with many good training institutes and as far as i have seen majority of students go for Maters for the same course. In courses like AME, BHM, BCA & IT the college has significantlly good score, pharmacy department also has good no. of placements in MAX, Apollo, Cipla, Zydus lie companies.

Haridwar University Review

Likes

The faculties were friendly and approachable.
There was multiple sports ground, a cafeteria and libraries as well adding to the student requirements.
The overall college life was vibrant as multiple other extracurricular activities was organized from time to time.

Dislikes

The food menu was repetitive and be a lot more better.
Labs could use a bit more maintenance. Although, well equipped a few things was missing from it.
More practical is needed especially for a subject like agriculture.

Placement Experience:

The placement is decent and growing evey year. The students are eligible for campus placements from 3rs year itself. The highest placemet going up to 85LPA and the average placement package being about 6-7 LPA.
