Remarks
I didn't write any entrance exam to join this college(St Mary's College for Women, Thiruvalla). All I needed was the previous mark list of the 12th standard and the transfer certificate. The application form will be available at the college and the application date begins as soon as the Mgu allotment starts. You can take admission online through mgu allotment portal. This College is really good only if you're seeking a College where study matters and no other entertainment.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exams will be conducted after each semester. A total of 6 semesters are there in ug programs. As I joined college during the covid time, the term exams were delayed. I wrote the 1st-semester exam when I was in the middle of 2nd semester. But now things changed and exams are conducted immediately after the end of the semester. Exams are pretty easy to crack off your work and study regularly. But since Mgu University is the one that controls the examinations we couldn't blame the college for the above-mentioned problems.
Fees and Financial Aid
I didn't really get any scholarship or financial assistance from college as I got admission to this college through the management quota. But the fees are the same as that of other students. No special fees for management quota. I really don't know the reason behind this. This course is super affordable as it costs only 10000-15000 rupees per semester.
Campus Life
As I've mentioned earlier there's no campus life in this college. If you're really into studies and you don't want other entertainment believe me this college is for you. Students barely know each other as there are no programs or activities for students other than studying. But I should add that the study environment is really good inside the college campus. But this college is nothing more than a CBSE school. Never expect a college life from this college because you'll regret it.
